Villa Hannah is a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom privately owned villa, within a gated & very select development of other luxury villas and bungalows. Tasteful & stylish, this newly built villa is furnished to a high standard, with quality fixtures & fittings throughout.
Villa Hannah has a private 8m x 4m south facing heated swimming pool, the garden surrounding the pool is furnished with sun beds, side tables, parasols, poolside shower, bistro table & chairs & a full size stone BBQ, also alfresco dining for 6 persons upon the much welcome shaded terrace.
Villa Hannah is only a 5 minute walk to Corallia Beach, where there are water sports, cafes, safe shallow waters and of course great sunbathing. You will also find O’Solomons Irish bar, a lovely Italian Restaurant, Jades Palace Chinese restaurant, Karalem Indian Restaurant, Holitec computers, Car Hire, Tourist Supermarket & the Frog n Toad Pub.

The Lounge
The lounge area is a great place to relax after a hard day sunbathing by the pool and provides seating for 6 people. Contemporary in colour & furnished with 2 chocolate leather sofas, large square dark brown coffee table & side table, 1 floor standing lamp, 1 table lamp, flat screen 32” TV, 1 DVD player, 1 Playstaion 2 games console, radio/CD player, wireless internet, all curtains & soft furnishings are co-ordinated and have an up-market homely feel. The lounge area overlooks the pool, also has patio doors leading to the shaded terrace & poolside
Nilesat TV has 20+ channels (No BBC/ITV/Channel 4 or 5 though) Mostly American, News, Music & Movies
Playstation 3 (not including games, guests will need to bring their own).
There are lots of board games, books & a selection of DVD’s & childrens garden toys.
The Kitchen
The open plan kitchen is furnished to a superb standard with granite work surfaces, fully equipped with lots of cupboard space. Integral appliances include Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer, full size electric cooker & fan assisted oven & grill
Other kitchen items include: Kettle, Toaster, Coffee maker, Iron, ironing board, high chair, clothes airier, pots, pans, crockery etc.
The Dining Area
The open plan dining area has a large modern dark wood dining table & 6 matching chairs. The Patio doors lead to the poolside dining area which overlooks the swimming pool.
