A unique beach villa with tranquillity and privacy! This secluded, beautiful stylish villa is ideally located walking distance and equidistant between 2 wonderful beaches, Coral Bay and Corallia Beach. The superb safe Coral Bay sandy and gently shelving beach has a beach cafe and a variety of watersports, and is approx. 11 mins walk via a short cut. A 12 minute stroll in the other direction brings you to the Blue Flag sandy Corallia Beach which is ideal for families and very popular with our guests as it is less busy than the main Coral Bay beach, is kept clean by the friendly staff and the shower facilities and toilets are good. The fish taverna here offers a variety of food too and has lovely sea views. On one side of this bay are some rocks where children and adults alike can engross themselves in catching tiny crabs and fish, and the other side of the bay has soft clean sand with the same clear blue sea as Coral Bay. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available for hire at both beaches. (See video for both beaches.)
Villa Grace benefits from lovely sea views from upstairs, a spacious interior and a large sunny mature garden featuring fruit trees and scented shrubs, with handy shaded areas if required. This detached villa is hedged for privacy and situated in a “no through” lane strolling distance to the Coral Beach Resort Hotel where non residents can use the facilities including a heated indoor pool, spa and gym.
This villa may suit guests who prefer to walk and not drive as Coral Bay has plenty of bars, tavernas, shops and 2 banks with ATM machines. Paphos town, with its interesting mix of old and new, is nearby and has excellent shops and restaurants, and pretty harbour. Paphos Airport transfer time is 35 minutes.

Bedrooms: Master bedroom (double), with large curved balcony and sea views. En-suite: bath (with shower attachment) and w.c. 2 twin bedrooms, each with 2 single beds) and a separate family bathroom with bath (with shower attachment) and w.c. One twin bedroom has balcony with sea views.
Outside: Private pool with wide steps and ladder. (No rail.) Pool and poolside can be illuminated at night. Large quality BBQ. Shower. The gardens have been professionally landscaped to provide colour all year round. Off road parking.

Air conditioning is available in 3 bedrooms and lounge. €5 per wall unit per day. Pay after arrival.
Travel cot and highchair on request. Please supply your own cot linen. Pool is cleaned and serviced twice weekly.
