1. How was your property:-

Lovely property, very clean and comfortable. As we were made aware beforehand, not really a Villa more an apartment attached to owners home.

2. What was the location like:-

Great location for us. Car is essential. We were delighted with the location - a little way away from the 'popular' tourist areas.

3. Anywhere you would recommend:-

POMOS - great little stony beach, quiet, peaceful and great for snorkelling.

4. Were you satisfied with Cyprus Property Villas:-

Yes , very satisfied.

5. Is there anything else you would like to add:-

We were a little unsure about having a meal included each day. (We half expected breakfast.) As it transpired, it was an evening meal.

Nitsa is a wonderful cook and we thoroughly enjoyed her food and they both made us very welcome. On a few occasions, we 'excused' ourselves so we could try local nightlife & tavernas. We were concerned at offending them - I hope we didn't because they were so keen to please and the food was really lovely!!

All in all - a wonderful holiday. We will DEFINITELY return to Cyprus, as there are so many other places we want to visit on the island.

My husband and I spent a relaxing week at George and Nitsa's place. The owners were very welcoming and the facilties were good. Our week was spent birdwatching in the local area and further afield. Each day started with a splendid breakfast provided by Nitsa. We were also invited to join them and their family for Sunday lunch and they were always on hand to chat or answer any queries. There were no problems with booking or finding the accommodation and would have no hesitation in recommending it as a place to stay.

"The property was excellent. For two of us, we were provided with everything we needed.

The location is stunning, up in the hills with a wonderful view, but only 10 minutes from Polis and the beaches. The hosts who live on site George and Nitsa were very kind and invited us for several meals during our stay.

There was a full meal waiting for us in the fridge for when we arrived, with a jug of wine and fresh fruit (from the garden) for breakfast. Much appreciated.

We were impressed by all the restaurants we visited. In Paphos, we tried two restaurants and they were both very nice.
In Latchi, by the beach, there were a dozen restautants alongside the fishing harbour. Those we tried were very good - both the food and the price. Several others were recommended to us, but we never got round to visiting them.

I was impressed by the service provided by Cyprus Property Villas from the initial enquiry onwards. When you book online, you can sometimes come unstuck, but all commitments were met throughout, and it was very straightforward, hassle and worry free. Many thanks.

One small point, the directions from Paphos Airport were excellent, until the very last instruction. This would be clearer ....
"After Skoulli is Goudi Village and on the main road you will notice that there is turn to the left for the village centre but you will turn right here and travel up the hill".

1. What was your property like? The Property was clean and a good size. It had everything that was required. The pool was absolutely lovely, so was the location of the house and the peace and quiet. The roof terrace had lovely views and was perfect for a night cap.
More of a good sized apartment than a villa.

2. What was the location like?
The location is great if you want a relaxerd quiet time - Polis is very close by for nice restaurants and the beach but a car is required, even to get to the closest shop would be a bit of a walk, especially in the heat.

3. Anywhere you would recommend?
Finikas restaurant in Polis was absolutely fantastic.
There are very nice boat trips from Latsi Harbour nearby.
We had a great day out at the Aphrodite waterpark in Pafos - esepically great with kids.

4. Were you happy with Cyprus Property Villas? Yes, absolutely.

5. Also, the owners run a very small bookings only based restaurant - it was all home made food, with vegetables from the surrounding garden and fields, tasted fantastic and they gave us a great deal as well. On several occasions they surprised us with free food for breakfast or homemade lemonade and cake as an afternoon cake which was lovely.

We had a wonderful holiday. The villa was excellent and the owners were very generous and friendly towards us. We were very well located near to shops and attractions yet it seemed like we were in the middle of the countryside.
