A luxury single-story villa with unobstructed sea views, large private pool, and a modern, stylish interior. Brilliantly located on the edge of Polis, with restaurants within easy walking distance, yet a feeling of real seclusion round the pool area. Among the many extra features to delight you are a roof terrace, shady pergola.
The villa includes a fully equipped modern kitchen, with American style ice fridge, dispensing cold filtered water and crushed ice. The spacious open plan living area boasts a large family size dining table, reclining leather sofas and three sets of patio doors leading out onto the large shaded veranda. There are three large bedrooms, the master bedroom has an en-suite shower room. while there is also a main family bathroom and separate cloakroom/wc . High quality ceramic tiles, granite stone, marble and wood have also been used throughout the interior. Local traditional stone is also featured on selected areas of the external wall and patio.
The villa is set in a professionally landscaped and fully enclosed garden, featuring a large 10 x 5 private swimming pool. In season, the olive and orange trees bear fruit and there is a lawn for children to enjoy. When not in use, the pool can be fitted with a "Kidi-Catcher" safety net. Secure parking is provided covered by the Pergola that sweeps around the extensive patio area. It also benefits from a large roof terrace, which compliments the functional design of the bungalow, with magnificent views where you can enjoy an evening dining al fresco.
The Polis Area
Polis, has become a charming and active venue for people wanting the smaller tourist areas on the island. It has a picturesque square full of lively Cypriot bars and restaurants, with a few shops in between. This is a perfect venue to while away the hours, enjoying delicious food and local life.
Argaka with it's views, Latchi with it's fish taverns, the Mediterranean with plenty of watersports and pristine mountains for mountain biking and hiking; what more can a person wish for?
Cypriots as well as visitors agree that the Polis area belong to the most beautiful parts of the Cyprus Republic. Even in July and August when much of Cyprus bakes brown in the sun, the area remains relatively green. Agriculture and fishery still are important which adds to the authentic atmosphere of this place.
Polis is considered to be the best location for nature lovers and those keen on active holidays, such as water sports, diving, hiking, cycling, horse riding and golf. The marina at Latchi is a focal point and is shared by traditional fishing boats as well as larger yachts, and the quayside boasts a wide collection of fish restaurants where you must try the fish that has been caught that day and brought into the harbour. If you are feeling energetic try some of the water sports or take a trip on one of the glass bottom boats out along the Akamas Peninsula and see nature at its best. Take your swimming costume though as the boat moors in a wonderful cove to allow you to swim or snorkel and take refreshments, which are normally provided. Alternatively just sit and relax on the wide uncrowded beaches which spread out along the coastline.
The Baths of Aphrodite are among many famous tourist attractions in the area . This natural pool, where legend has it that the Greek goddess of love, Aphrodite, used to take her baths. The serene pool, shaded by a fig tree and surrounded by beautiful examples of maindenhair fern, can be reached by nature trails from Akamas. It is about 3km from Latchi and 9km from Polis, and from there start the Akamas National Park towards the cape.
A drive to the Troodos Mountains also provides a beautiful and fascinating spectacle of Cyprus. A visit to the Kykkos monastery in the mountains, an area of natural beauty is an unforgettable experience. Visit the many traditional inland villages and enjoy a meal at a local taverna – you’ll be sure of a warm welcome!

This was my fourth time in Cyprus and we had a wonderful time.
Weather of course was glorious and the villa lived up to all expectations with nice gardens, lovely pool and very quiet location.
A very slow 10 minute stroll took us into the heart of Polis, past one or two lovely tavernas.
My friend and I weren't brave enough but our husbands went under water walking near Coral Bay and had the time of their lives and we also found a beautiful peaceful bar area in Agia Marina right next to the sea
The company "In Safe Hands" who looked after us were very helpful any time we had to phone them.
Would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a peaceful holiday but with bars, restaurants and entertainment within a 10 min walk

We rented a villa at Golden Coast Polis for 10 days and had a thoroughly lovely holiday. The resort itself is quiet but is had everything we needed in respect of a wide range of restaurants offering good food and supermarkets where you are able to buy just about everything. There are plenty of places to visit whether you are looking for a more lively resort like Pathos or prefer to sample the local beaches or walking in the mountains. The villa was beautiful, very clean and tidy. The outside pool area was superb with plenty of different places to sit as you follow the sun round. The only problems we did encounter were that the outside spar did not work and we couldn't use the bath as the tap would not change from a shower. (Admin note: This has been reported to the Owner for attention) This aside we would certainly return if the opportunity arose and would recommend Polis and Golden Coast as a place to stay. We were extremely satisfied with the service we received from Cyprus Property and Villas. They were very informative about the location and villa which we found very comforting as it was our first time travelling with them. They were easy to contact which can also be a problem when booking over the internet and I would also recommend them to friends and family.

The villa and location were superb - just as you said. Very unspoilt area but close to a large supermarket and lots of restaurants. We were a party of five all our 60's and found most places were easy to walk too as it is fairly flat. The villa had everything you could possibly need and the management company 'In Safe Hands' were very helpful. It was a pity the hot tub was not working but this did not spoil our holiday. Cyprus Property Villas made the booking very easy and everything ran without a hitch. The web site is very easy to use and emails are answered almost as soon as they are sent which is great. I think it would be a good idea to put some travel info in villa such as a bus timetable -we left ours there, but perhaps this could be included in a folder along with leaflet on trips, boat hire, water sports etc and a map of the area. We had a fabulous holiday and would definitely use Cyprus Property Villas in future.

1. How was the your property?
Excellent. We especially liked the outside terraces and pool.
2. And the location? Very good - walking distance to town and beach (both managed by my 85 year old mother-in-law)
3. Were there any restaurants/bars/shops, beaches or sightseeing trips, that you would highly recommend?
We especially liked the restaurant "Finikas" in Polis but others were good as well
4. Were you satisfied with the service provided by Cyprus Property & Villas?
Yes, very.
5. Is there anything else you would like to bring to our attention?
A torch is useful (there were some provided but not working, so we bought one) because the end of road is dark at night. Also bring dishwasher tablets (we did!) Only thing missing really was internet access

We found the villa excellent all - the ameneties we needed, very clean good decor, pool and outlook very good, also very quiet area but within easy walking distance of bars an restaurants about 10 min walk to Polis Square which is very friendly with a nice mix of bars and restaurants.Tried a good few restaurants food excellent in all would recommend Moustakallis,Finikacasand the Old Town. There was a local restaurant behind the square called Savvas served an awsome meze especially the fish meze. We also reccomend the lovely sea front walk to Latchi where there are also lovely fish tavernas and a great harbour, once at the beach the walk takes about 30 mins.. The service of Cyprus Property & Villas was excellent and also the Company that looked after the villa in Cyprus. Thank you for the base for a great holiday - sure we will be back sometime.

1. How was the your property? Very good, and exactly as advertised
2. And the location? excellent, people friendly and cost reasonable
3. Were there any restaurants/bars/shops, beaches or sightseeing trips, that you would highly recommend? all were ok
4. Were you satisfied with the service provided by Cyprus Property & Villas? fine no problems, but 10.00am check out is a bit of a rush when flights are not till 6.00pm [note from CPV - While this is true, a big chunk of time is needed to get the villa spotless for the next arrivals. Owners can be flexible if no-one is due in the same day - see www.cyprusvillainfo.com/Late-Checkout-Info.aspx]

Golden Coast Villa – a complete experience. The villa is in a quiet cul-de-sac. It is well appointed and the pool and hot tub is just great. The photos do not do it justice at all. It is 50 minutes from Paphos airport and well worth the effort of being out of the hubbub of Coral bay and tourist world. Here you can watch the sun go round and at the end of the day look out onto you own vista. Underneath the Pergola at night you can look back at the town church. A car is good but initial transport will take you there and there and both a shingle beach and the old town square with plenty of places to eat are within very easy walking distance. It takes six people and has everything that you want including ice machine. Enough seats for all to sit and soak in the sun.
