Villa Galinios is a luxury holiday villa located on the coastal hillside village of Pissouri offering spectacular, panoramic views.

It’s immaculately landscaped grounds are perfect for outdoor, Mediterranean living, whilst the interior is modern and spacious.
The location of the villa is just a short walk from the village's numerous restaurants and tavernas. whilst just a 5 minute drive from the beach at Pissouri Bay, offering numerous water sports activities.

The extensive landscaped grounds and gardens of this villa let you enjoy outdoor living and alfresco dining to the maximum. The front of the property boasts a large private swimming pool and sunbathing area complete with a shaded pergola with full view of the pool. An outdoor shower area and stylish sun loungers are perfect for keeping you comfortable.

To the rear of the property you will find an alfresco dining area with a 6 seat dining table set under a flora clad pergola within Orange, Lemon and Clementine trees.

From the dining area you have uninterrupted views across to the Troodos mountain range.
The exterior of the property has been beautifully designed and offers everything for all the family, young and old.

The spacious, open plan, interior of the villa is complimented by modern fittings and furnishings.

Downstairs there is a large living area, with two comfortable sofas, coffee tables and entertainment system comprising, 32” HD Television, Sky Satellite System and HD DVD player. There is now (November 2012) a sky dream box which gives about 250 channels including sports, movies, childrens and entertainment. The only channels it doesn't get is bbc and itv due to sky blocking the signal outside of the UK. There is also a iPod compatible, CD and stereo system.

We have just upgraded our router - so guests now have free Wi-fi.

Adjoining the living room is the dining room, complete with 6 seat dining table. Both rooms have views of and access to the patio and pool areas at the front of the villa.
Also downstairs is a well equipped kitchen incorporating a Smeg, ceramic glass hob and oven, Smeg fridge/freezer and dishwasher. All utensils including a blender for baby foods can also be found.
A WC and under stair storage completes the downstairs accommodation.

Upstairs there are 3 good sized bedrooms; 2 double rooms and 1 twin room. All rooms offer spectacular views and all have an outside balcony; perfect for relaxing on warm Cypriot mornings.
All rooms also contain large built in wardrobes and hanging space.
The master bedroom is en suite with a built in power shower and the main bathroom upstairs has a full sized bath, shower and storage units.

Baby Equipment - There is a travel cot, high chair and a stair gate that fits the top of the stairs (at the bottom it's too wide).
These are free to use, on request. We don't provide cot bedding. There is also a hand blender if baby at weaning stage.

The villa is located just 500 metres from all the village amenities including, restaurants, bars, tavernas, supermarket, bank and butchers etc.
The beach is just a 5 minute drive away, so sun worshipers and water sports enthusiasts can make the most of Pissouri bay and it’s jet skis, water skiing, windsurfing and other water sports.

Pissouri’s location is equidistant from both Paphos and Limassol, each town being a 20 minute drive away.

Both of Cyprus best golf courses are only 10km, so feel free to use the Villas communal Taylor Made golf clubs for a round at the exclusive Aphrodite Hills golf course.

Transfers are available from Paphos Airport to the villa, at 40 euros each way, 45 euros if after 8pm. Vehicle seats 4 guests and luggage.

Prices are inclusive of all Air conditioning, a weekly laundry service, a Welcome Pack and use of wi-fi router.

Additional services - although we provide a starter welcome pack, if guests would like our management company to get a shopping list, we can arrange this. They charge 10 Euros plus whatever is brought. This is payable direct to them and receipts will be provided.

Transfers are available from Paphos Airport to the villa at 40 euros each way, 45 euros if after 8pm.

holiday testimonial We had a fantastic holiday thank you. We left Scotland in the snow and had brilliant weather in Cyprus for April.

I don’t usually do feedback, but I was going to email you anyway to Thank you for a fantastic service, nothing was ever too much bother for you to answer, I think I should mention Lesley in particular.

I have added my comments in your original email below, I have been very honest so the downsides shouldn't be viewed as too bad, just me mentioning them. Thanks Again.

1. How was the your property?
Brilliant, as good as was advertised.
However, there were towels for 4 and we were a party of 6.
The main bathroom (upstairs) door did not shut without a lot of force (so very noisy) and had no key to lock.
Table tennis table is a good touch.
Plenty of space at front and rear of property.
Pool is a good size – we even used it in April.

2. Very good location – close to Pissouri village even with the hill up walk, easy on the way back.

3. Local bar Leo Sparti pub was very good.
Restaurants – where do I start. Hideaway, O’Vrakas and The two Friends were all superb.
Pissouri Beach is good as was the Kourium (very good value)
A trip to the mountains is a must. Troodos and onto Olympus.
Pissouri has everything you need, Petrol, supermarket, Pharmacy and loads of great places to eat.

4. Were you satisfied with the service provided by CPV before you travelled?
Very satisfied, your customer service could not have been better.

5. Were you satisfied with assistance from the owner or property manager?
All through you, but everything okay. They took the trouble to advise us that the TV was restricted.
We were sent driving instructions which are a good idea.
I spoke to the property manager once about a late departure, she was fine. I didn’t expect any other contact.
