The Five Waves Tourist Villas are built on five large steps of land towards the sea, like the name “Five Waves”. The romantics can enjoy peaceful and relaxing days and nights by the sea, living the magic of coexistence with this monstrous piece of nature. Even the ones that like the monstrous rage of the sea with its foaming angry waves can enjoy it many times during the summer. The blue of the sea and the green of the banana trees in the area have a tendency to calm and relax the eye.
Each villa has its own swimming pool, lounge and dinning room, bathroom or shower, air-condition/heating in each bedroom, a kitchen with all its equipment (washing machine – dish washer – cooker – oven ), a garage and verandas with a sea view.
In the villa's garden you can sit at ease and enjoy your favorite drink, you can also taste some of the traditional mezes which you can find ready in the local supermarkets, cooking them on the provided barbeque grill.
The location of the villas offers easy access to bus stop (300 away) , tavernas, restaurants, supermarket and other points of interest including the popular sandy beach of Coral Bay (5 minutes by bus), the fun and excitement of Kato Paphos’s nightlife (10 minutes ) and all the sights and shops of Paphos town (15 minutes ).
All bedrooms are double with en-suite bathrooms or shower and the two bedrooms upstairs have their own sea- view balconies
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine.
The barbeque areas have a kiosk table and chairs. The pool is 8 x 4m and surrounded by sun beds, umbrellas, there is also an outdoor shower
Linen and towels will be provided and there is a weekly maid service, towel and linen change.

Holiday fantastic, property great.
Views over sea from the balconies at sunset were beautiful. Basics were provided for us on arrival (milk, bread, water, orange juice & two bottles of wine, great start to the holiday).
Kitchen was well equipped with utensils, microwave, dishwasher. Bedrooms & bathrooms clean, spacious and comfortable. Lounge/dining area great for relaxing & family meals. The pool was clean & large enough for whole family. BBQ & canopy/picnic bench area provided many a night of al fresco dining. Garden area was a nice bonus. Villa was secure with full alarm system (when accidentally set off one evening, a manager was there within 5 mins to check on us). There was a safety deposit box. The only criticism would be building work going on next to villa, they work all week 08:00 - 16:00, a bit noisy. Good location 5-10 mins walk from 4 supermarkets, a handful of shops, a bar and 3 restaurants. Harmony Restaurant was excellent, staff friendly & food great. Bus stop 5 mins away & trip to Coral Bay (10 mins drive and 1.50 euro single) is definitely worth it. Excellent, faultless service from Julie at CPV, we couldn't find exactly what we wanted on website we gave her a list of requirements & she found several options, she always replied to emails straight away, she arranged taxi transfers ,the firm were professional/punctual. I would like to mention Nicholas, the owner/manager of our villa. When we arrived, he greeted us, told us we could call him 24 hours a day. When a member of our party injured themselves & needed medical attention, Nicholas said he would be there in 2 mins & he was, he took the injured party to hospital (25 mins drive away), spoke to the nurses, waited for them to be treated & drove back to the villa. This was by far over and above the call of duty and we would like to again thank Nicholas for his kindness.

Booking remotely from Kuwait was always a concern for us but we found your service to be excellent and would certainly use you again. The five waves villa was ideal for our holiday, it was set in an extremely peceful location and the presentation was excellent. Paul and Nicolas made sure we had everything we needed but remained in the background so we were able to enjoy it to the full. We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary during our stay and this holiday met all our expectations.

We had a lovely holiday, the villa was everything we hoped for and Paul could not have been more helpful. We really felt that we had personal service from both of you before we left and from Paul during our holiday. If we decide to holiday again in Cyprus, we will definitely contact you first. The villa was of a very high standard and the pool was fantastic.
