The Five Waves Tourist Villas are built on five large steps of land towards the sea, like the name “Five Waves”. The romantics can enjoy peaceful and relaxing days and nights by the sea, living the magic of coexistence with this monstrous piece of nature. Even the ones that like the monstrous rage of the sea with its foaming angry waves can enjoy it many times during the summer. The blue of the sea and the green of the banana trees in the area have a tendency to calm and relax the eye.
This new villa has it own swimming pool, lounge and dinning room, bathroom or shower, air-condition/heating in each bedroom, a kitchen with all its equipment (washing machine – dish washer – cooker – oven ), a garage and large verandas with a sea view.
In this villa garden you can sit at ease in the kiosk and enjoy your favorite drink, you can also taste some of the traditional mezes which you can find ready in the local supermarkets, cooking them on the provided barbeque grill next to the summer house.
The location of the villa offers easy access to bus stop (300 away) , tavernas, restaurants, supermarket and other points of interest including the popular sandy beach of Coral Bay (5 minutes by bus), the fun and excitement of Kato Paphos’s nightlife (10 minutes ) and all the sights and shops of Paphos town (15 minutes ).
The two bedrooms are double with en-suite shower and the one bedroom upstairs have it own sea- view balcony
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine.
The barbeque areas have a kiosk table and chairs. The pool is 8 x 4m and surrounded by sun beds, umbrellas, there is also an out door shower
Linen and towels will be provided and there is a weekly maid service, towel and linen change
The owner could allocate one of five villas on arrival

"1. How was your villa?
The villa was excellent, perfect for our family. It was clean and had all the essentials we needed. The kitchen was well equipped and the outside barbeque area/canopy was lovely. The pool was clean and well maintained.
2. And the location?
The villa had lovely sea views. Its conveniently located between Paphos and Coral bay with plenty of restaurants, shops and supermarkets nearby.
3. Were there any restaurants/bars/shops, beaches or sightseeing trips, that you would highly recommend?
The majority of tavernas around the Coral bay villa are quite good. Would not really recommend seeing the Tombs of the Kings. Another disappointment was the Baths of Adonis which is totally misleading as they are located by an inaccessible treacherous dirt track road ( even though there are signs everywhere saying otherwise !) . The ticket prices are expensive and there are no facilities for tourists at all. The Coral Bay beach is good but can get very crowded during high season. Paphos Sea Cruises do a lovely sunset dinner cruise which we enjoyed.
4. Were you satisfied with the service provided by Cyprus Property & Villas?
We had no problems booking through Cyprus Property & Villas. The manager Paul was very helpful and always stayed in the background and sorted out any minor problems that arose. On arrival there were essential grocery items waiting for us ( including 2 bottles of wine !)
5. Is there anything else you would like to bring to our attention?
Overall, we had a fantastic time there and would definately recommend Five Waves villas again.

First of all we the Mukherjees want to thank you all for making our stay at Coral bay absolutely unforgettable.
The villa is fantastic and is located at the best possible location in Coral bay. No other accommodation would have been better than 5 waves villa. Just fabulous .
Special thanks to Paul and Nicolas for being very informative and nice to us. Of course not to miss the fresh oranges they had brought in for us and the food and wine.
Thanks again. Will definitely recommend your website to friends and family and ofcourse will stay with you always whenever we visit Cyprus in future.
