Villa Evergreen is approximately 3 minutes drive from the famous town of Ayia Napa, Cyprus and 15 minutes drive from Protaras town centre. The famous Ayia Napa bars, restaurants, shops, mini-markets, the famous Nissi beach and WaterWorld - largest themed water park in Europe are only minutes away.

The villa is located in a serene and residential environment most suitable for families. It is completely free from heavy traffic and noisy nightclubs; although these entertainment spots are close enough for a night out.

Villa Evergreen is an exclusive 4 bedroom luxury villa with private pool with sun beds and BBQ and offers beautiful sea views. This spacious villa is arranged over 3 floors with private roof terrace at the top and balconies from all the bedrooms.

The property will sleep up-to 8 people it has 4 bedrooms (1 large double bed in the master bedroom, 2 large single beds in room two and 4 standard single beds in room three and four)

All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. There is a family bathroom and an en-suite to the master bedroom, there is also a downstairs wc with shower.

There is a spacious dinning area leading to a fully fitted kitchen. The living room and the dinning area both open on to a spacious patio over looking the landscaped garden with lawn and fruit trees.

The villa has air-conditioning in all the rooms which is inclusive in the villa price.

There will be a complete mid-stay clean including linen and towel change for bookings of two weeks or more. A meet and greet service is provided by our professional management agent who will provide you with all the information required to make your holiday a very exciting one. On arrival a complimentary 'Food Pack' is provided to start your holiday.

Our agents can do airport pick up and take clients to the villa and hand over the key if required. Please let us know.
