This luxury villa is set in an idyllic location in the heart of Coral Bay, this superb villa offers all modern conveniences, 3 double en- suite bathrooms, shaded sunbathing/ BBQ terraces, a well maintained pool with sun lounges and parasols, and a secluded colourful garden.

This accommodation is equally suited to those wanting a relaxed, restful retreat, or those wanting activities and attractions. The world famous Coral Bay sandy beach is a 5 minute walk, with is expanse of white sand, child friendly sea and beach facilities. Coral Bay village has Tavernas, bars, shops, banking, car rental, and is a 3 minute walk from the villa.

Built to the highest standards, this villa offers bright airy accommodation, with Italian floor tiles throughout, contemporary kitchen facilities and air conditioning throughout.

The ground floor comprises a comfortable lounge area with sofas, a satellite TV, music system, DVD and video player. Large patio windows open onto the outside shaded dining area, which offers views of the swimming pool and garden.

The dining area has a family sized dining suite. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a fridge freezer, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. There are washing facilities with a washing machine, Iron and board, and outside cloths line.

There is one double bedroom on the ground floor with a bath and W.C. and an additional, separate WC by the lounge.The first floor has two further double bedrooms both with showers and WCS. Both bedrooms have doors that open to a specious balcony.

There is a shaded patio with gas BBQ for outside dining. Sun lounges, parasols and dining furniture are provided.

The garden is walled and boarded by hedges which ensures privacy and seclusion.

How was the your property? villa elinista was just right for us. we had a lovely relaxing family holiday with everything we could need. the photos did not do it justice, there was so much space for the 4 of us and even though it was so close to the centre of the resort it was also very private.

2. And the location? We were just one street away from all of the restaurants and shops so we had lots of options when it came to eating out and entertainment. we were also close to the beach but mostly chose to stay in, enjoy the villa, catch the sun and read lots!!!.

3. Were there any restaurants/bars/shops, beaches or sightseeing trips, that you would highly recommend? It was the first time our children had eaten in a Japenese restaurant and we ended up going back again because it was so entertaining. cant remember the name but it is the first restaurant you come to right oposite the blazing saddles bar. we also enjoyed the greek dancing and the food at othellos.

4. Were you satisfied with the service provided by Cyprus Property & Villas? Absolutely. the property was spotlessly clean and well equiped. The pool maintenance person came twice in our 7 day stay, the first because he was due to come and the second because it had been windy the night before and he wanted to clear the leaves from the pool.

5. Is there anything else you would like to bring to our attention? If you could improve one thing it would be to heat the pool - there were 4 of us but only 2 of us could brave the cold pool. (Note from CPV - this booking was for the last week in October. Swimming pools are generally fine unheated for the majority of the year - from late Autumn to early spring is when they cool off, due to the shorter daylight hours and less intense heat from the sun).

Good location within easy reach of excellent beach and local ameneties.

Coral Bay beach, Lara beach, Adonis Waterfalls and Restauraunt at Kato Paphos called the Harbour just on the corner opposite the bus station.

Welcome pack consisted of a loaf and milk and no toilet roll.

Just perfect for 6 adults.

Exactly right, as per the description. We could walk to the beach, supermarket, restaurants, bars, travel centre, buggy hire, go kart centre, taxi hire, pharmacy everything in fact. But still in a quiet residential street with the added bonus of a daily visit from an ice cream van which stopped outside our villa!!

Coral Bay is beautiful, with every facility you need, food, drink and watersports as well as beds and umbrellas. A number of the restaurants in Coral Bay are excellent in terms of menu variety and quality of food plus cocktails at Blazing Saddles are recommended. We tried almost everything, Chinese, Japanese (this was a particularly great evening) Cypriot as well as fish and meat and ventured further afield to a more upmarket restaurant , Ollivettis nearer to Paphos.

would recommend fat mammas, and sissyfos along the tomb of the kings road and hippopotomus and la vigna in coral bay
