Villa Eleni is set over one level an open plan area consisting of a living area, dining area and kitchen.
The living area with its high wooden ceiling has a fireplace is furnished to the highest standards, it has satellite television and DVD player. It has a modern fully equipped Kitchen with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher (the washing machine is located in the en-suite bathroom). The large dark wood dining table comfortably seats six in its comfortable dining chairs.
The master double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with patio doors that open directly onto the pool terrace. The two remaining bedrooms are twin bedded rooms, one with its own en-suite shower room, the other with access to the full family bathroom. Each of the bedrooms and the living area is equipped with an air conditioning unit for both cooling and heating, . A baby cot, highchair and hairdryers can be provided on request.
The 8 meter x 4 meter private pool with both walk in steps and ladder access is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace furnished with sun beds, umbrellas and poolside shower. A stone built barbecue and external baisin and a table that seats 6 people is provided for outdoor dining .
The property is ideal for the elderly and families with very young children because it is built on one level.
