This villa is located only 150 metres from the sea. It is on a newly completed complex of villas painted in the characteristic blue and white colours associated with the Mediterranean.
The complex consists of a mixture of single storey and double storey villas each with its own private swimming pool set within beautifully tended lawned grounds.
Each villa has an open plan kitchen/living and dining area. The kitchens are fully equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. The comfortably furnished living areas are equipped with a television, DVD player and CD player.
Each single storey bungalow has a master double bedroom with en-suite shower room, plus two twin bedrooms. There is also a full bathroom and a further separate shower room.
Each villa has it's own private 8m x 4m swimming pool with sunbeds,umbrellas, BBQ and table and chairs.
There is a small selection of bars and restaurants within a 10 minute walk of the villas along with the sandy beach of the St George Hotel. Chlorakas is ideally situated midway between the cosmopolitan town of Paphos and the well known sandy beach at Coral Bay, being within a 5
minute drive of both.
