Sorry for not getting back to you sooner. We had a fab holiday and would definitely use Cyprus Property & Villas again.

The Villa was excellent and we made good use of the BBQ and Pool Area, even in October it was hot and the large umbrellas were much appreciated. The villa was very spacious - espeically for just 2 people. We hadn't realised when we booked that it was a 3 bedroom villa! The welcome pack was great particularly the wine and fresh fruit, and being able to eat bananas straight of the trees was lovely. It was an excellent location, on exploring we discovered that that stretch of the coast between Paphos and Coral Bay is either full of large hotels or currently being developed however from the villa itself you couldn't see any of that and had a great view of the sea. George the owner was very nice and came around to clean the pool and the roof on a few occassions.

From start to finish our holiday was superb. Even to the point that when I sent an email on a saturday night at 11pm, Kim responded that night!
The villa was very spacious and "as new". And george was the perfect host bringing us fresh bananas everyday.

The Villa itself was excellent, and only being 12 months old offered all the modern facilities that you could want for a relaxing holiday.

The Villa owners were very friendly, and had paid attention to every little detail, ensuring that we were made to feel very welcome. We even had fresh banana's from our own tree's in the villa garden. They also checked regularly to make sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive.
