This villa is located only 150 metres from the sea. It is on a newly completed complex of villas, painted in the characteristic blue and white colours associated with the Mediterranean.

The complex consists of a mixture of single storey and double storey villas each with it's own private swimming pool set within beautifully tended lawned grounds.

Each villa has an open plan kitchen/living and dining area. The kitchens are fully equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.

The comfortably furnished living areas are equipped with a television with BBC World, CNN and Euronews plus DVD player and CD player.

Each single storey bungalow has a master double bedroom with en-suite shower room, plus one twin bedroom.
There is also a full bathroom and a separate shower.

Each villa has it's own private 8m x 4m swimming pool with sunbeds,umbrellas, BBQ and table and chairs.

There is a small selection of bars and restaurants within a 10 minute walk of the villas along with the sandy beach of the St George Hotel. Chlorakas is ideally situated midway between the cosmopolitan town of Paphos and the well known sandy beach at Coral Bay, being within a 5 minute drive of both.

Airport transfers can be arranged at extra cost.

Wi-fi is available free of charge.

Pool towels are provided.

Baby equipment - cot with cot linen, highchair and stairgate are available free of charge.

Sorry for not getting back to you sooner. We had a fab holiday and would definitely use Cyprus Property & Villas again.

The Villa was excellent and we made good use of the BBQ and Pool Area, even in October it was hot and the large umbrellas were much appreciated. The villa was very spacious - espeically for just 2 people. We hadn't realised when we booked that it was a 3 bedroom villa! The welcome pack was great particularly the wine and fresh fruit, and being able to eat bananas straight of the trees was lovely. It was an excellent location, on exploring we discovered that that stretch of the coast between Paphos and Coral Bay is either full of large hotels or currently being developed however from the villa itself you couldn't see any of that and had a great view of the sea. George the owner was very nice and came around to clean the pool and the roof on a few occassions.
