This villa is located only 150 metres from the sea. It is on a newly completed complex of villas painted in the characteristic blue and white colours associated with the Mediterranean.

The complex consists of a mixture of single storey and double storey villas each with its own private swimming pool set within beautifully tended lawned grounds.

Each villa has an open plan kitchen/living and dining area. The kitchens are fully equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. The comfortably furnished living areas are equipped with a television, DVD player and CD player.

Each single storey bungalow has a master double bedroom with en-suite shower room, plus two twin bedrooms. There is also a full bathroom and a further separate shower room.

Each villa has it's own private 8m x 4m swimming pool with sunbeds,umbrellas, BBQ and table and chairs.

There is a small selection of bars and restaurants within a 10 minute walk of the villas along with the sandy beach of the St George Hotel. Chlorakas is ideally situated midway between the cosmopolitan town of Paphos and the well known sandy beach at Coral Bay, being within a 5
minute drive of both.

holiday testimonial Hi I found Cyprus Property & Villas a good company to deal with nice and personal and the information was correct.I would probably use Cyprus Property & Villas again.

The Villa was very nice and clean and had a lovely unobstructed view of the Med. George came round regular and was a nice Guy.

The only whinge (a small one)was the town area was not really walking distance with three Kids and the path was unlit - Still there was regular buses at the end of the road and were only 80p

It was a very nice Holiday in a lovely Villa in a beautifull Country

Everything you told us was correct and you where both very helpful.

Very impressed with your company and will use you again, especially as we are thinking of returning there in 2008.

The villa was of a very high standard and the owner, George visited us everyday and made us very welcome, also he kept the pool up to a very
high standard. He provided us with fresh bananas from the garden as well as aubergines, peppers, small melons and peppers from his little
smallholding that was directly in front of the villa.

One observation from us is that for new visitors a couple of local information pamplets
about the island would have been helpful.

The company website is informative and very descriptive and colourful.

All in all we had a great time, very relaxing and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend it and will use it again.
