This villa is located only 150 metres from the sea. It is on a newly completed complex of villas, painted in the characteristic blue and white colours associated with the Mediterranean.

The complex consists of a mixture of single storey and double storey villas, each with its own private swimming pool set within beautifully tended lawned grounds.

Each villa has an open plan kitchen/living and dining area. The kitchens are fully equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.

The comfortably furnished living areas are equipped with a television with CNN, BBC World and Euronews, DVD player and CD player.

The villa has a master double bedroom with en-suite shower room, located on the ground floor, along with an additional guest cloakroom. The two twin bedrooms, each with private balcony, are located on the first floor and share a separate full bathroom.

Each villa has it's own private 8m x 4m swimming pool with sunbeds,umbrellas, BBQ and table and chairs.

There is a small selection of bars and restaurants within a 10 minute walk of the villas along with the sandy beach of the St George Hotel. Chlorakas is ideally situated midway between the cosmopolitan town of Paphos and the well known sandy beach at Coral Bay, being within a 5
minute drive of both.

Wi-fi is available - free of charge.

Pool towels are provided.

Baby equipment - there is a cot with linen, a highchair and a stairgate available - free of charge.

Airport transfers can be arranged, at extra cost, if required.

The welcome pack was useful, and it was a nice touch that you emailed it and sent a hard copy in the post, giving us a nice combination of timely information and convenience.

The villa was very good, very nicely designed with several attractive balconies and veranda areas for sitting outside. The build quality was probably the best of any villa we have stayed in, with sound electrics, plumbing and plastering (often not too hot in even the most attractive of properties!) and it was very reassuring to have an alarm and a safe to protect belongings. Walks down to the coast were very pleasant.

A great place to come for a short holiday. Lovely villa, very well designed and kept, with beautiful views, a great pool and nice balconies and verandas. The company are very helpful and we felt we could trust them. They helped us source flights and cars, which had been proving a problem. All round a very good experience holiday testimonial

Our villa was lovely. It was spotless clean and child-friendly. Our boys loved picking the bananas off the trees and tomatoes and strawberries from the plants and eating them. I liked the fact that the villas were in a quiet area and while we had our neighbours, the villas were built so we all had our privacy.

The garden and pool was also lovely and George and Elena were lovely to deal with. When we had any minor problems, they were very quick to deal with them.

We had a lovely family holiday, stress free and very relaxing. We liked th position of the villa as there was a nice coastal path walk the boys liked going along on a morning. We also found a lovely beach next to Coral Bay that was quiet and safe the our sons.

The villa was well laid out, clean and amenities not to far away.
The exterior was a mature garden surrounding the pool with the added bonus of fresh fruit tomatoes, bananas, strawberries, oranges and passion fruit.
