Our outward journey was unfortunately substantially delayed and we did not arrive at Paphos airport until 2:45 am Monday morning. Despite this the taxi that you had arranged for us had waited and conveyed us to Villa Ellada 1, the very friendly driver even took the time to point out local places of interest along the way. Also, although we were not expecting anyone on arrival at the villa, Lakis was there to hand over the keys - he had waited over 3 hours! Committment to making their guests feel welcome is obviously important to them.

The villa itself was - as other comments on your website have noted, exactly as described and the very generous welcome pack extremely useful. Having travelled a fair bit it is easy to become cynical about the advertised description of accommodation and not to expect everything in the glossy pictures, but we were impressed with the villa, the location, and the views were excellent.

Although we only stayed for a week the pool was cleaned daily and Lakis provided a regular supply of bananas from his adjacent crop. A note to others - supermarket bananas are NOT the same. Christina also brought us gifts during the week - an unexpected surprise.

With respect to Cyprus Property Villas we were impressed with the level of professionalism, particularly the prompt and detailed feedback to all enquiries. As we were booking very close to our travel date this was particularly important. We would have no hesitation in recommending you to friends and colleagues - in fact we have already done so.

We have already completed the visitors comments book at the villa with similar comments. We would also highly recommend the taxi firm that you use (A & G Neophytou) to others travelling to the Paphos area. As well as travelling to and from the airport we used them several times during our stay. Always on time, with clean vehicles and friendly drivers.

If we consider travelling to Cyprus in the future your website will be our first port of call.

Making enquiries and ultimately booking through Cyprus Property and Villas was quick and easy to do with an easy to use website and staff
available both in and outside of office hours.

The staff were informative and polite and quickly attended to our needs. We were provided with quick and easy travel instructions for our arrival and several ancillary services
were offered post-booking that made our travel and stay more enjoyable (e.g. discounted car hire which under-cut other quotes we were considering).

We would definitely recommend the company and will use them again.

We have left detailed personal feedback on the Villa for the owner that was all positive. We found Elada 2 to be a spacious, well equipped, clean and family friendly Villa that we would certainly use again. The owners were most gracious and accommodating.

Firstly, on behalf of myself and my family, we would like to thank you for both for all your help with booking our villa in Cyprus. We had been looking for months and couldn't find what we wanted. We came across your website purely by accident. We had searched so many and made so many enquires, but still couldn't find that extra special villa we were looking for. We would certainly use you guys again. We found your service very efficient and extremely helpful. Everything was made totally clear from start to finish. We would never go back to staying in a hotel ever again. Villa's are certainly the way forward.

The pictures were exactly the same as what we had seen in the brochures. Very spacious, comfortable, extremely well looked after and in a very good location. Not too near tourists spots, but close enough to walk to the shops for provisions. I loved the concept of having an up and down. We had gone for villas in the past that were all on one level. The kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves. They loved having their own pool and used it every single day, spending hours playing. The facilities were extremely good, it was like being at home, but with the sunshine! The only thing I would mention was there was no shower curtain in the second bedroom upstairs, which meant the kids had to use the shower on the ground floor, but this was so minor it just wasn't worth mentioning, as I am sure it would have sorted it out for us. Otherwise I couldn't fault the villa. The gardens were well looked after and it certainly made all the difference having a clean pool to use everyday. Definitely a bonus to have. We would love to come back again.

I loved were the villa was situated. THis meant that we could drive in either direction and would soon come across either Pafos or Coral Bay.

Considering how late we made our booking, we couldn't have asked for more
from Kim and Denise who were very helpful and efficient. We would certainly

The villa itself, Elada Villa in Kissonegra, had everything one could
possibly want. Beautiful views of the sea and the sunsets from the pool and
balconies and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, etc, without
being too close.
Christina and Theo ensure everything is maintained to a very high standard
in the villa and the fabulous welcome pack was a real bonus after a long and

Inside the Elada is very spacious and fully fitted with all mod-cons - we

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa and in particular the pool, a totally relaxing holiday made even more memorable by the excellent weather, food and hospitality. The villa itself was very spacious and suited our requirements and hope that the breath taking views it commands at present do not change in the
future! it was very clean and the owner appeared the following day together with bananas and apologised for not meeting us as it was a late arrival - not that we expected her too. We used the pool constantly and must congratulate 'Mr Lakis - his name we do not know - on his daily visits to keep it clean and fresh.
Having taken numerous villa holidays over the
years we were surprised NOT to find a file inside the villa containing local information/places or interest with telephone numbers for a local doctor/hospital for emergencies, pharmacy, post office, local markets etc.

We would all like to revisit one day and would have no hesitation in recommending this property or Cyprus Property and Villas. As a company we found Cyprus property & villas in the UK, very prompt and efficient. Both of you have been extremely co-operative and responsive to
all of our queries.

We had a great holiday in Cyprus and would use your company again; you dealt with us efficiently and contacted us personally when necessary
which was I liked.

The villa was good too..I've written a few words to add to the website which explains what we thought

Villa Elada 1 is a lovely villa - well equipped and well maintained locally - we have never stayed in a villa that has been so thoroughly cleaned before and during our stay! It was spotless.

The pool was kept beautifully clean as well and was maintained daily. It was nice to see that bits and pieces bought by previous occupiers had
been left behind (like soap/washing powder/tin foil etc) making it feel rather homely!

The only drawbacks were the addition of the air conditioning cost (which in the heat of the summer is an absolute necessity and cost us 95 CYP
for two weeks. Not that this affected the enjoyment of our holiday at all.

The Harmony restaurant down the road is good value, does good food and run by very friendly staff and is easily walkable from the villa.

For a decent supermarket ask Lakis and he will direct you to the Papantoniou in Chlorakas which is closer/easier than going to Kato Pafos even if it's not quite as big, it does sell everything.

Coral Bay beach is the nearest sandy beach we found and going early means it's both quieter and cooler.

All in all, we found our stay in Cyprus a good one - the weather is fantastic, the people are friendly and we're looking forward to going
back

A really great place to stay.
Villa was excellent, views stunning, peaceful,clean and relaxing. Christina and husband very welcoming and bought fresh fruit and vegtables regulary.

Easy access to Paphos, which has a lovely habour area, great for dinning. Chocolate ice-cream went down well with our son. Harmony restaurant(400m) is well worth visiting.

Pool at villa, very well looked after. Barbecue area, great............
Never stopped talking about it when we got back to UK.

Just a quick note to let you know that our Villa was wonderful and was just what we wanted. The location was excellent 5 mins to the bus stop and then
we could travel to coral bay or paphos town. Our villa was like new very clean with all facillities working fine the views were wonderful. The pool
was excellent for our 2 children aged 5 and 3 and was very clean and well looked after. We had a really good time and my parents who arrived at the end of our first week loved the villa next door that we had booked for them. They enjoyed it so much they extended there stay and want to return. I would also like to say that cypruspropertyvillas were a very professional company who I will be using again and I would like to thank them for their services. The villa was just what they had told us and was perfect. I would also like to thank the owners and wish them all the best.
