This lovely villa has three bedrooms with ensuite facilities in all bedrooms. This accomodation is set on a hillside offering stunning sea and mountain views. The villa has a private and peaceful location, surrounded by banana plantations ,walnuts groves and other fruit trees.Situated in the pretty village of Kissonerga between Paphos and Coral Bay in a convenient location,walkable to supermarkets, pharmacy, coffee shops, restaurants, bus stop and the beach.
Ground floor comprises an open plan kitchen, dining and living areas with quality leather sofas .
There is a satellite TV (Nilesat TV offering english speaking channels), DVD video player, CD player and Sony playstation 2, plus a selection of books and games .
The Kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances including kettle,coffee machine,toaster, oven. hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine dishwasher and water cooler. There are patio doors leading out on to terrace .
The first of the the three bedrooms is located on the ground floor. This is a twin bedroom with ensuite shower room so it is suitable for people who might struggle with stairs. A separate guest cloakroom completes the accommodation on this level.
Marble stairs lead to the first floor and the remaining two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, dressing area and ensuite shower facilities .The other bedroom is a twin with ensuite shower room. Both upstairs bedrooms have private balconies with wonderful stunning sea view ideal for watching the open sea view and especially the magical sunset over the sea whilst sipping your wine or juice .
The villa has child stair gate at the top and bottom of the stairs for added safety.
Air conditioning for both cooling and heating is available in all bedrooms and living areas .There is FREE internet access .
There is a cot, a car seat, hair dryer,Safe Box , private parking .There is a private swimming pool surrounded by landscaped garden .There are roman steps in the shallow end making it ideal for children and elderly persons .The pool is surrounded by well tended and mature gardens with lawns and flowers. There is also a pool shower, sun beds, umbrellas, table and chairs plus a brick built barbecue.
Kissonerga is a small beautiful traditional village. It has local amenities such as local bars, coffee shops, restaurants, supermarkets, chemists and banks .
Although car hire is recommended if you want to explore many places of Aphrodite's island, it is not essential because in a short walk there is bus stop .A local bus services connect Kissonerga with Paphos town and the famous Coral Bay resort and beach .
Vardas Beach with sun loungers and restaurant is within a short walking distance about 500 m from the villa.
.It is absolutely recommended for all ages who want to enjoy the cyprus sun and the sea .
On arrival at the villa, you will find a welcome pack which consists of bread, jam, butter, juice, tea,water , coffee, milk, sugar cheese ham eggs fruits and two bottle of wine(red and white), this is included in the price.

Villa Elada II
We have just enjoyed another fantastic holiday at Villa Elada II.
The villa is spacious, airy and light, furniture and fittings all very attractive & the villa, pool and gardens were immaculate, as before.
Everything is provided for an enjoyable holiday, including a barbeque. The pool is a good size, it is cleaned very frequently and we used it every day again this year.
Christina and her family are exceptional, they really care that everything is right for you, and are very kind, providing a starter pack and bringing delicious cakes, fruit and wine etc.
The villa is in a lovely location, it is private without being remote, and has wonderful views from every window and the bedroom terraces.
The local village is easy walking distance from the villa, and there is a pharmacy and bank along with shops selling virtually everything, and the local people are really charming and friendly. There are several supermarkets within a short distance, so food shopping is easy. Paphos harbour and coastline are easily accessible by car or by the very cheap bus service. There are some good restaurants to be found in Paphos harbour, and we also found some excellent ones in the small villages inland which are a short drive, all were very reasonably priced this year.

Villa Elada II
We have just returned from a lovely week at Villa Elada II and we didn't want to come home.
The location of the villa was excellent with a beautiful sea view. The Villa was immaculate and we really enjoyed staying there. The swimming pool was brilliant, especially if you have teenage children in your party!
Really great Welcome pack on arrival which was helpful as we arrived late at night.
Coral Bay beach was a 5 min drive and Paphos was about 10 mins, really nice restaurants on the way into Paphos on the Tombs of Kings Avenue (much better than the ones in England!). I would definitely recommend Chloe's Chinese Restaurant, the food was delicious! Fat Mammas was great for entertainment value and the food portions were huge!
We also visited Pissouri Bay for a day out which has a beautiful beach and Aphrodite's Rock, I would definitely recommend visiting both.
We would use Cyprus Property Villas again and would recommend to our friends and family. Great communication through out the booking process and towards the lead up to the holiday.

Villa Elada II
The Villa is amazing, the views are beautiful, the grounds of the villa are really well maintained, the pool is cleaned every day and is fabulous. The villa is really clean and has everything that you need. It totally exceeded our expectations. The welcome pack left for us was really appreciated as we arrived very late.
The owners are lovely Christina and her family made us feel really welcome and even brought us biscuits and some cyprus delight sweets. The villa was cleaned from top to toe during our stay which was great. We absolutely loved staying there, cannot fault it and will definately return as we had a wonderful holiday there.
The location is great - minutes away from supermarkets such as lidl, you do need a car but generally a car is needed with a villa.
The villa is only 8 minutes from the main tomb of the kings road where there are all the bars.
Fat mama's is worth a visit especially if you have children as they bring the characters out (fat mama and cowboy willy) the singing and dancing from the staff is really good as well. Zorbhas bakery is a must as the cakes are delicious. It's worth getting out and trying other beaches such as lara which is not as crowded as Coral Bay. Cyprus is a really beautiful place.

Villa Elada II
Have had a fantastic week. We thought the villa would be nice, but it has far exceeded our expectations. Peaceful location but everything to hand, perfect swimming pool, barbecue etc. makes it ideal for young and old.
Thank you Christina, you are so kind and thoughtful, making yourself available for any information required or to solve our problems, also the welcome pack and lovely gifts were gratefully received. The water cooler is a great idea and has been appreciated by all.
We hope to be back here as soon as we can.

The property was everything, and more than we expected, in fact, when we arrived we were unsure if we were in the correct place, Banana gove at the "back door", Sea view and fields in front.
Very easy to find in a car, great directions. Bus route at bottom of hill to Paphos and Carol Bay. Only comment would be there wasnt much local information in the villa, read the guest book (we didnt until the last day), there are lots of ideas in there.
Restaurants- Harmony (bottom of the hill), Vargas (across the main road, overlooking the sea). Coral Bay and Paphos has everything else. The "village pub" in Kissonerga is supposed to be very nice. The Villa barbeque watching the sun go down was our favourite.
Very satisfied with the service provided Cyprus Property and Villas.
Can I just say that the Welcome Pack provided by the Owners was a god send - bread, milk,cheese,ham,eggs,jam,fresh jiuce, wine, bananas and a full water dispenser of ice cold water; the pool was "scrubbed" daily by the Owner or one of his sons. They cleaned the house from top to bottom half way through the holiday and checked on us most days to ensure we were ok.
We have never been so well looked after in such a beautiful house.

"1. How was the your property?
- very good, especially the introduction of the water cooler an excellent and very practical addition. The welcome pack, bananas and tomatoes were also greatly appreciated.
2. And the location?
- having stayed here before we were aware of the location which we liked.
3. Were there any restaurants/bars/shops, beaches or sightseeing trips, that you would highly recommend?
- we found a new restaurant called St Pauls in Paphos, near the church and archaeological site - make sure you are really hungry as the meat meze comes highly reccommended and keeps coming too..........
4. Were you satisfied with the service provided by Cyprus Property & Villas?
- yes
5. Is there anything else you would like to bring to our attention?
- whilst not wishing to critisize, it is a villa for 6 and we felt that some cutlery/crockery was now lacking, especailly from our previous visit - for example, we purchased 2 glass tumblers as there were only 3 and 2 plastic ones? - we have now left these for future guests!
- the 5 bulb light fittings in the lounge only have 2 bulbs working! - didn't bother us - we only had it on once - but with all lights they should surely be checked before new guests arrive as these can go at any time!
(The owner has responded as follows:- We try to do the best for all our customers. We forgot to check the lights and the glasses on this occasion but now we have fixed them. Always we ask customers if they have any problem or if they need something, to please feel free to tell us.)

-Yes and we are already on there from 2007 & whilst the above are niggly things - we would still return again to this lovely villa, offering us the peace and relaxation that we desire."
