Diamond villa is located in the Chlorakas tourist area. With a lot of facilities nearby to make your holiday comfortable and fun.

Kato Pafos, the main tourist area of Paphos region, with its sightseeing, harbour, restaurants and nightlife is only 5 minutes drive. The whole town of Pafos is included in the official UNESCO list of cultural and natural treasures of the world heritage.

The fabulous Coral Bay with it's sandy beach and a lot of facilities like restaurants, shops and watersports is also 5 minutes drive away.

Paphos airport is about 15 minutes drive from villa diamond and Larnaca airport is about 2 hours drive.

The natural beauties, the enviable climate with 320 days a year of sunshine and the highest of standards of tourist services make Paphos Cyprus a lovely tourist destination in the Mediterranean sea.

Diamond Villa, available throughout the year for vacation holiday rentals, is a beautiful newly built villa with private swimming pool. Just completed in 2002, it is built to the highest of standards and is fully furnished and air-conditioned.

On the ground floor is the spacious open plan sitting and dining room. Behind is the kitchen fully equipped with cooker, dishwasher, freezer, oven and anything else you may need.

On the first floor there are two elegant bedrooms, one double with bathroom and toilet and one twin. The third bedroom (twin) is on the ground floor.

In total there is one bathroom with shower and one shower room with a w.c.

From our big verandas overlooking the Mediterranean Sea you can enjoy a fascinating sunset!

The big pool surrounded by the garden is solely for you, for swimming, fun and relaxation!

holiday testimonial 1. How was the your property?

-Great. The pool was fantastic with great seclusion, night lights, well kept garden etc.

The aircon was charged at an extra 5 Euros per day PER ROOM. We bought it for 3 rooms.

The owners were fantastic and very hospitable! Any concern or query and they can be called anytime and always very helpful and kind.

2. And the location?
- The location is a short walk to the beach. We used a car to get out everywhere. No issue at all with parking.

3. Were there any restaurants/bars/shops, beaches or sightseeing trips, that you would highly recommend?
- There is a pub 1 mins walk away. And a choice of restaurants 5 mins drive. A whole host of watersports available 5 mins drive away next to the Kefalos beach hotel.

4. Were you satisfied with the service provided by Cyprus Property & Villas?

- Yes. Very simple and professional.

5. Is there anything else you would like to bring to our attention?

The Villa is advertised to sleep 6 with the downstairs bedroom having twin beds. The downstairs bedroom actually has a double bed. The 2 bedrooms upstairs are accurate: one with double, one with twin. holiday testimonial

holiday testimonial 1. How was the your property?

The Villa was Clean, beautiful and spacious,When we arrived we had tea coffee and sugar waiting for us and the fridge had ham, bread, butter and water in it. The pool was a good size and just amazing, we were very happy with this villa and will be definitely returning.

2. And the location?
The location was perfect everything was just a short bus ride away, and there was a couple of shops just a short walk away for basics bread and milk etc

3. Were there any restaurants/bars/shops, beaches or sightseeing trips, that you would highly recommend?

The best restaurant in the world which we ate at regularly throughout the week was called FAT MAMAS, the service the presentation and the portion sizes was well worth the money and it all tasted absolutely amazing if you eat there i would highly recommend the spare ribs, and the the godfather of chocolate cakes for desert, it takes about 10 mins to get there on the bus, definitely worth at least one visit.

4. Were you satisfied with the service provided by Cyprus Property & Villas?

Yes very much so - we will definitely be using your services again.

5. Is there anything else you would like to bring to our attention?

Just one issue we had were we ended up with no air con all week, we knew it was payable locally but we did not know where we get it from so the last 3 nights especially was very uncomfortable, perhaps there could be something at the villa to explain to other people where exactly you can purchase your air con from. This did not change how much we enjoyed our holiday in the villa though.

(The owner has responded to this and a Welcome Letter is left on the Kitchen Table which provides details about the Villa).

holiday testimonial The Villa was beautiful. It was extremely well kept. The fridge was stocked with bread and ham and milk and butter plus tea and coffee on arrival which we were very grateful for.

The pool is a good sized family pool, we had a
party of 30 there one day and it did not feel crowded which just goes to show how big the place is!

One of the major plus points of the Villa is how
secluded it is. You are barely overlooked on either side and it offers good privacy at the back where the pool is as there is a high fence.

The grounds were kept well and the pool was regularly cleaned and topped up. I would recommend a hire car to get around, there are a few restaurants around but many many more just a 5 minute drive away. Cyprus property Villas kept us well informed with our booking and provided excellent directions to the villa.

The owner was there to meet us and made us feel very welcome and at home. My family will definitely visit this particular villa again in the future. holiday testimonial
