Luxury villa in selcuded area with panoramic frontage overlooking the 1st fairway of the Aphrodite Hills golf course. Easy 5 minute level walk to tennis academy and tennis courts, golf clubhouse, driving range, restaurants, shops, Intercontinental Hotel and award winning spa and gymnasium.
The villa rental fee includes air-conditioning costs, full satellite TV package, wireless broadband and all towels/beach towels. Private, full-sized swimming pool can be heated on request for a small additional charge. British owned management company on resort 24/7.
The villa is on the award winning Aphrodite Hills Resort an integrated Health Spa and fitness centre leisure complex with 18 hole golf course and floodlit tennis academy. Equestrian centre is also on the resort although a car is needed for access to this facility. The complex also comprises a 5 star Intercontinental Hotel, Village Centre with shops,bars, restaurants and a beach facility at the resort entrance. The resort is the most sophisticated development ever undertaken in Cyprus! It is situated in a prime site on the coastal road from Paphos to Pissouri near the famous Aphrodite Rock (Aphrodite's Birthplace).
The location is not only suitable for sports enthusiasts but is ideally placed on the island for sun worshippers or archaeological exploration.
Overall a wonderful holiday destination for all types of interests for children and adults with an excellent all year climate and sunshine.
Car not essential on resort but highly recommended for exploring further afield.

1. How was the your property? Really lovely, modern, clean, large pool, fully equipped kitchen and great BBQ. Better than we expected
2. And the location? Perfect location. I'd been to A.H.'s before, so knew whereabouts to find the best location
3. Were there any restaurants/bars/shops, beaches or sightseeing trips, that you would highly recommend? Beach trip is lovely (organised by Intercontinental Hotel). Being greeted with towels and cold water lovely and the service was great.
4. Were you satisfied with the service provided by Cyprus Property & Villas? Yes everything ran quite smoothly.

The villa was superb in every way. The location was good, although a little frightening when golf balls stray from the course to the pool area!! All neccessary equipment was provided, the welcome pack was very appreciated.The villa was very clean and comfortable. The photos on the website, I feel, do not do the Villa justice.
I do feel it should be mentioned that all facilities on Aphrodite Hills would not be available at this time of year. Although several restaurants and general grocery shop were open there were still quite a few closed eg Art Gallery and few other units. The whole resort was like a ghost town, there was no 'kids club'.However, it is a very well maintained resort.
[From CPV - Until Easter most resorts are very quiet, although the weather is often lovely]
Cyprus Property Villas were excellent from start to finish as was Mark the guy from the property management company. I would not hesitate in booking through your company again nor reccomending you to anyone else.

We had a great holiday:-
1. The villa was very clean, comfortable furnishings, plenty of towels, utensils, wonderful views over the golf course, home from home.
2. Cyprus Property & Villas offered a very professional service and we would use them again and stay in the same villa or similar.
3. We stayed in Villa Destu on the Aphrodite Hills Resort in April 2009. The holiday was superb, the accomodation very clean and well equipped, home from home. The villa was set in peaceful surroundings with wonderful views. Cyprus Property & Villas offered excellent support to ensure our holiday went smoothly.
We will be in touch again when booking a holiday to Cyprus

I would use you again - Very efficient
The Villa was clean, very pleasing garden and pool. The view onto golf course perfect. It was als very near to all amenities.
Nothing at all to complain about.

Dear Kim and Denise,
Many thanks for your help, we had a fab holiday. A lovely house, the only thing we thought it lacked was something to squeeze all the lovely lemons!
The bread and milk laid in was very helpful, as were the team on site.
We were sent the directions which turned out to be slightly out of date, not that it gave us any problems finding the place, which is well signed now.

The villa is maintained very well. It is a
home away from home with all the mod cons.
Used the website to book the villa and the car hire. All worked out very
well. Very good service.

1. I found Cyprus Property & Villas absolutely fantastic to deal with.
Prompt with any queries and questions I raised and very friendly and
helpful. I would definitely use you again.
2. The Villa was as described and perhaps even better in the flesh!! I
could not complain about anything. Everything was spot on as described and
the location was absolutely fantastic.
3. Wow - what a fantastic Villa the location was absolutely spot on
with views over the first fairway and to the sea. The Villa was very well
equipped in all areas. There was not one thing that was not there - it even
had a hairdryer!! The location was superb and it was only 5 mins walk (if
that) to the village and the hotel. Absolutely wonderful - Thank you very
much a superb holiday. We will be back.
