This spacious 3 bedroomed, fully air-conditioned town house is set on an established small complex of 6 privately owned properties with a shared pool.
The location is ideal, being approx. 1/2 mile from the centre of Peyia village. Peyia has attracted many expats in recent years and it now offers all you need to be self-sufficient e.g. butchers, bakers, chemist, banks with ATM's, supermarkets, veg shop, tavernas, take-aways & restaurants.
Because expats are more discerning than temporary tourists, prices are far lower than on the coast, and the Peyia Tavern attracts customer form far and wide for its traditional mezze. After dinner, the courtyard of the Grande bar is a lovely place for a coffee and a nightcap or two.
You now have busses that run throughout Paphos for approx 2 euro's per day per person. Just hop on & off and visit local places of interest.
The beautiful beaches of Corellia Beach are no more than a 5 min drive if you can raise the energy to forsake the pool, but Peyia's elevated location means that spectacular views of the sea are visible almost everywhere.
Paphos Airport to the house is around a 40 min drive, and Paphos harbour is an easy drive for a special day or night out.
This 3 bedroomed house is always immaculately presented. It sleeps up to 6 people and is fully air-conditioned plus a ceiling fan in the main bedroom.
It has a large open planned lounge/dining room, with Satellite TV, DVD, CD & Radio.
A spacious dining area leads onto a furnished patio that is adjacent to the swimming pool. The fully fitted kitchen includes: Built in oven & hob, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, iron/ironing board & microwave.
There are three large bed-rooms, 2 twin bedded rooms, Master with double bed and ensuite. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes and every one has a balcony with a view. Spacious "family" bathroom with bath & overhead shower & shaver point, plus a convenient downstairs cloak room.
There is a small wall safe.Fly Screens fitted throughout for your convenience. Towels & bed linen provided (except for beach towels). On arrival there will be a free "Welcome Pack" with our compliments.
All in all this is a fabulous home from home in Cyprus and offers fantastic value for your stay.

1. How was your property?
The Villa was amazing, very homely, spacious, well equiped, spotless clean and the welcome pack was appreciated on arrival!
2. And the location?
I would personally say a car is recommended due to the steep inclines towards the village of Peyia which is hard work in the heat. Peyia, Paphos, Cyprus the whole place was beautiful, the scenery is breathtaking. It was nice to be able to see the sea from the balcony.
3. Were there any restaurants/bars/shops, beaches or sightseeing trips, that you would highly recommend?
I would highly recommend hiring a 4x4 and driving to Lara beach, it was an amazing beach and the drive was interesting to say the least, I would also recommend a trip to Polis heading to the top of Peyia and then descending down the hill with the sea appearing in front of you and the Troodos mountains coming down to the bay.
4. Were you satisfied with the service provided by Cyprus Property & Villas?
Definitely, would highly recommend and will be likely to go again, next time bringing more family with us.
5. Is there anything else you would like to bring to our attention?
No, best holiday we have had in many years.
