The open plan kitchen and dining room offer views over the pool and garden with various indoor or outdoor dining options. Upstairs there are two further double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and balconies, with luxury showers and wooden floors.
Outside, there is a large terracotta patio surrounded by a lush garden with fruit trees, to add to the privacy the garden has been fenced to the sides and rear. There are ample sun loungers and tables and chairs, two large parasols. There is also an outside seating area with sofas and tables for long summer evenings.

We had a great time at Villa Cassia, Just loved it. The villa and the location was spot on. Judith the lady who met us and looks after the villa was just lovely and looks after the villa as if it was her own. The villa itself was beautiful, well laid out, spacious and clean. It was like home from home with every possible crockery, glass and utensil you could possibly need and more. We particularly liked having the different seating areas outside around the perfectly tended gardens and pool. Bessie the car was fun to drive and great for getting around locally. All the owners ask is that you go through the car wash prior to leaving and leave it with 1/2 a tank of petrol. The location was perfect. We were not overlooked so felt very relaxed and private. The next door neighbour is friendly but not intrusive. There is one taverna (Sunset) within walking distance were the food was good and the owners took time to sit and have a chat/tell a joke with you. Coral Bay is within a few mins drive with its beach, bars and plenty of restaurants. Restaurants vary from cheap and cheerful to somewhere special. Would definitely recommend Villa Cassia.

The property was by far the best Villa I have stayed in, with excellent facilities and what a great pool. Everything you needed was in the villa and nothing was forgotten, even a fridge full of beer to unwind after the traveling. Would recommend to my friends with no hesitation.
Location was perfect for me as like to be away from the towns, the 4 wheel drive was a must to get about.
Go to the Last Castle Café for great views, BQ chicken and cold beer. Basic but superb place.
I was very satisfied with CPV help and quick response to my questions.

Hi, It was an amazing Holiday! The villa was superb, everything you could ask for and more. Interior was decorated and furnished to a high standard. The location was fantastic, very quiet, not bustling, but it’s what we really liked the most, plus the villa had a car 'Bessie' which got us to the beaches. The rest of the time used the hire car. We used restaurants on three occasions. A local one on the main road twice, great food and the most friendly welcome from both owners, staff (fantastic with our 5 year old) and locals. A Chinese restaurant in Pathos Katy, Jade Garden I think. The property management were fantastic, very helpful and filled the fridge with groceries so you could settle immediately.
Wished the pool heated as it was very cool weather.
Would have re booked for June as was showing available for the week on your website but was disappointed as management team advised was booked.
Have already told loads of people of the villa and your website!
Regards Vicky

Villa Cassia is lovely, particularly patios and pool areas: clean, tidy, all mod cons and everything worked. Above average furnishings both inside and out, lovely linen and plentiful towel supply. We particularly liked the canopied seating area outside the dining room. At this time of year, citrus blossom and jasmine perfumed the air everywhere, even inside. Had some extra touches one doesn't normally expect, e.g. lockable safe, ipod+docking stations, dvd's, food processor, and the Pajero 4x4 was an absolute boon.
Location off main road amidst banana and citrus groves was very quiet and peaceful. Only the sounds of birds and the odd dog barking.
Restaurants etc. All need driving to. Taverna @ Agios Georgios (adjacent to St Georges Church) recommended for watching the sunset. Food is basic but good and plentiful; fish meze particularly good. Azaouros Taverna in Kathikas. Go early evening and go hungry! This is local Cypriot 'peasant' food. c. Ristorante La Vigna in Coral Bay. Good Italian food and good wine list. Shoe Emporium east of Paphos on road to Tala. Veritable rabbit warren selling shoes of every conceivable design and very reasonable prices.
Service from CP&V was excellent and information most helpful. Also the process of booking and paying was very simple. Cannot fault particularly as we made late booking.
Well worth taking CP&V advice on taxi booking and advance contact with REP. Taxi bookings for collection and return to airport went very smoothly; REP rep. was very accommodating, getting extra food in advance as shops closed due public holiday day we arrived.
Miscellaneous - Worth noting that location means it's essential to have a vehicle of some sort.

The villa was superb, well equipped, spotlessly clean and in first class condition throughout. The facilities were top class and exactly as described and the free car (Bessie) a major plus. We specifically chose this villa for both these reasons and because it was slightly away from the noise & bustle. The location was spot on, peaceful but a 15 minute drive from all facilities in Coral Bay. We would specifically praise the local lady Judith, who was incredibly helpful, checked us in & out of the villa, was a mine of information on where to go and immediately responsive to the slightest problem. Also our booking through Cyprus Property Villas was flawless... good communication, efficient and prompt. All in all, a first-rate holiday and we would recommend all concerned whole-heartedly.
Cheers! David

Hi everyone,
A beautiful villa in a lovely, quiet location, just what we needed. Everything that you could imagine was provided, beach AND pool towels, beer and wine ready chilled for your arrival - BLISS !
Bessie was our faithful chariot who only had to have 1 day`s rest to catch her breath and took us out and about, such a bonus.
Lyn from the management team was so helpful and always on hand to iron out any glitches ( lovely lady ).
Cyprus property & villas staff were so helpful and patient with all my queries, making the booking of our holiday so easy.
What more could we have wanted we ask ourselves? The answer is simple - nothing !
The only problem we had was having to come home!!!
Thank you,
Sue Marson X

Villa Cassia, was superb. We arrived a little early and Judith was already there and made us feel very welcome.
The house itself was absolutely delightful, well laid out and very well furnished / finished. The list of excellent features is very long but to name a few:
The availability of a range of cooking facilities, sharp knives, utensils, bowls glasses, gadgets etc was excellent and made us feel at home straight away. The little touches such as herbs, spices, salt pepper etc being there was again very homely and meant that we didn't have to buy a whole pot of oregano just to use one pinch. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and again the supply of soap and toilet rolls made it so much easier to relax. The outdoor furniture was great and we had plenty of room to spread out and read in peace and quiet. The car (Bessie) was excellent to go up the short off-road to Lara beach. The fridge/freezer with ice maker and cold water on tap was a God send in the high temperatures. The pool also was beautiful and even better at night when lit up
All in all I would be very happy to recommend the house to anyone (although the three double beds may not suit all).
4. Were you satisfied with the service provided by Cyprus Property & Villas?
Absolutely and would be happy to give a recommendation to anyone. After being let down three weeks before we were due to fly and no accommodation, Sophie did a fantastic job in finding us two villas which suited our needs.

1. How was the your property?
The villa was lovely with everything you could ever need. Stunning views and such peace and quiet.
2. And the location? Away from the centre but with the use of the vehicle included - "Bessie" this was no problem and it was a joy to drive - very little traffic.
3. Were there any restaurants/bars/shops, beaches or sightseeing trips, that you would highly recommend?
The harbour area at Paphos was really nice. Anesi restaurant on the main road was brilliant food as was Corralleo in Coral Bay.
4. Were you satisfied with the service provided by Cyprus Property & Villas?
Couldn't ask for better service.
5. Is there anything else you would like to bring to our attention?
6. Are you willing for us to use this information on our website and use your name or would you prefer to be anonymous?

Wow! Absolutely everything anyone could need is suppled here, from sun-loungers with little shade-hats to two (two!) Ipod docks. A far nicer villa than we had any right to expect, and the trip to Lara Bay in Bessie the jeep was a real highlight of our trip. Girls, there are not just hairdryers but straighteners!
