Carob Tree Villa is a holiday villa for rent, in Akourdaleia Paphos, Cyprus. This luxury, rural villa offers 3 bedrooms, and has a private pool. It is located at the edge of Akamas, near Polis and boasts luxury, tranquillity, privacy and superb sea and mountain views.

Positioned at the edge of a quiet green village, private and secluded yet with commanding open views over over the Chrysochou valley and distant sea and mountain views (up to 50 km away on a clear day!). In early spring you have a clear view of the Chysochou Bay AND of the snow capped Troodos mountains.
Interior
The villa is spacious, luxuriously furnished in a contemporary style offering all modern comforts and facilities.
The living room is open plan with fireplace and patio doors to the pool terrace. A breakfast bar separates the kitchen and dining room, again with patio doors to a pool side veranda. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances. Balconies off the dining area and the kitchen offer alternative choices and views for dining alfresco.

The master bedroom is on the ground floor, with full en suite. There is also a guest cloakroom.

Exterior
Large landscaped gardens with flowers, fruit trees, other trees, herbs and aromatic plants plus a small vineyard to the side.

Just a short 5 minute walk away is the Amarakos Inn, A beautifully renovated 150-year-old traditional property of considerable charm set around a paved central courtyard. A traditionally furnished establishment in a quiet village, family-run by the hospitable and welcoming Economides family. You will eat tasty local dishes here – and specials of whatever Mrs Angela decides to cook each evening.
