This villa enjoys an enviable position, being sited on seafront protected land, ensuring the remarkable sea views will never be obstructed. The villa enjoys great privacy and seclusion making it an idyllic retreat.

The ground floor consists of an open plan living/dining/kitchen area. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, microwave and washing machine and there is an extendable dining table that will comfortably seat 8.

Patio doors from the kitchen lead to a small terrace with a table and chairs ideal for relaxing and enjoying the uninterrupted sea views.

The living room features a working fireplace, comfortable sofas (one of which is a double sofa bed), television with limited satellite channels, DVD player and CD player. A double bedroom with en-suite shower room is located on this floor as well as a separate cloakroom.

Upstairs there are two further bedrooms, a large master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. Both these bedrooms share a balcony that runs the full length of the property.

The private 8m x 4m swimming pool is surrounded by a sunbathing terrace equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and small tables.

The villa is perched above a small stone and shingle bay and this is accessible by steps leading down from the garden. The small town of Polis with it's range of comprehensive tourist facilities which is approximately a 12 minute drive away and the larger town of Paphos is approximately 45 minutes drive away.

holiday testimonial We really liked this villa because it was located in a very quiet area, away from other properties. There were dogs housed in a kennel in a nearby property that were troublesome at times but on the whole it was the ideal spot to 'get away from it all'.
The property was very well maintained with extremely helpful caretakers who were there at the end of the phone if needed.

The area to the front and side of the villa is owned by a farmer who grows veg in polly tunnels. Fortunately there were none to the front at the time we were there but had they been in place it would have detracted from the magnificent sea views around the villa.

The sunsets are fantastic and we felt very lucky to be staying in such a wonderful place. The little stony and rocky cove that is reached down some steep steps, was deserted the whole time we were there so it felt like a private place for us. We took chairs and a glass of wine one evening to watch the sun go down.

Polis and Latchi are both worth a visit and there are lots of eateries in these resorts, both are small but full of charm. In the other direction Pomos is also worth a drive, the church there is fabulous and the views along the road are magnificent. There are two restaurants this side of Pomos, both are good but I would advise you visit during the day because they have very good sea views not to be missed.

We love the area and will definitely return next year, possibly to the same villa. holiday testimonial
