The Villa is situated at Kissonerga village, which is located between Pafos town and Coral Bay beach (5 minutes by car to each direction). Kissonerga village is one of the most beautiful villages of Pafos. This is due to the spectacular sea view, which, in combination with the banana plantations, offers a tropical taste to the viewer.
The villa is called "BANANORAMA" and the name was chosen since is surrounded by banana plantations and are only 100m from the seaside in a very quiet area offering you a panoramic view from all sides. We are sure that your holidays in "BANANORAMA" villa will be unforgettable, since the sea view and the unique sunset combined with the banana plantations of the area is something that you rarely meet.
The spacious accommodation comprises of two twin bedrooms with a family bathroom, a further master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, spacious living room with feature archway to fitted kitchen. The property is well equipped and has been furnished to a high standard throughout. Air conditioning is available in all main areas at extra cost. An extra bed can be supplied, on request.
Outside, patio doors from three bedrooms and the lounge give access to covered and open terraces and a 9m x 4.5m swimming pool. Additional features include; poolside shower, purpose built alfresco’ eating area, brick built BBQ, extensive lawns and gardens. The villa is in an elevated position and benefits from panoramic countryside and coastal views. There is a ramp from lounge to terrace, making the villa more suitable for disabled persons.
