BLUEWATER BAY VILLAGE
The villa is situated in the Paralimni area, close to Aiga Napa (10mins) and Protoras (10 mins). The villa is located merely 5 minutes walk to the local beach and coastline where you can take leisurely strolls or swim and snorkel in the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean sea. A couple of minutes walk from the villa will also take you to the local Kapparis main road where various bars, excellent tavernas and restaurants can be found. A small supermarket and car hire rental office are also located close by.
The resorts of Protaras and Agia Napa are only a 10 and 15 minute drive away respectively if you wish to enjoy what they have to offer. The quaint Cypriot town of Paralimni is also only a 2 minute drive away and here you can see a bit of the local people and culture
A luxury, well appointed and tastefully furnished 2 bedroom, detached villa with own private, heated pool. Located on a prestige's development in a quiet cul-de-sac, the villa is fully air conditioned, and will provide for 6 people in total comfort.
The living room, kitchen and dinning room are open plan with seating and dinning for 6 people. One of the leather sofa's converts into a double bed. You will also find a downstairs cloakroom with toilet and wash basin. You can appreciate the creature comforts of wide screen satellite TELEVISION, DVD, PLAYSTATION(modified) and MP3/CD Hifi.
Two sets of patio doors lead onto the patio area where you will find a heated pool and small garden, where orange and lemon trees grow through-out the year. Sun lounges are provided, as well as table and chairs, barbeque. The outside area is completely illuminated, including the pool, and provides a beautiful area to enjoy at night-time..
The kitchen is fully fitted with high spec appliances, gas hob, oven, dishwasher, cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine, micro-wave, kettle, toaster, iron and juicer.
Upstairs there is a double bedroom, fully fitted and furnished with its own balcony and en-suite bathroom. The second twin bedroom is fully fitted, furnished and also en-suite.
This really is a beautiful villa, in a great location. It definitely ticks all the boxes!
