This tastefully furnished 2 bedroom villa with sea views, is situated near Ayia Napa, within the quiet residential area of Ayia Thekla. It sits in a cul de sac on a small new development around 50 metres from the crystal clear Mediterranean Sea!
The villa has an open plan lounge with Satellite TV, DVD, PS2 (with selection of games) and a CD/Radio player. Two patio doors lead to the terraces, private pool and landscaped gardens.
The kitchen is fully equipped with separate dining area.
There is also a downstairs cloakroom and air conditioning throughout, for a comfortable stay.
Upstairs there are two double bedrooms with large fitted wardrobes, one double room and one twin room both complete with quality orthopedic mattresses for your comfort.
The master bedroom benefits from a balcony overlooking the private pool together with views of the sea.
There is also a foldaway travel bed suitable for a child.
(A cot is available upon request at extra cost).
The villa has a good size family bathroom.
Outside there is a large patio area with table and chairs for alfresco dining, sun loungers for relaxing by the pool, outside shower and traditional brick built Cypriot BBQ

Property was an ideal size for a family of 4. The Pool is excellent, a good size for relaxing and playing around, but still big enough to swim some lengths if you want to get some exercise. The facilities were really good, air conditioning in all rooms was a god send as we went in August which was really hot. The nieghbours are really friendly and helpful too.
The barbeque is great too, we ate outside every night on our holiday it was really pleasant.
Location was good, very close to the sea (2 mins walk). 10 mins into Agia Napa and 1/2 hour to larnaca. There is a local supermarket but this was quite expensive (but good if you needed something), otherwise 20 min drive to large supermarkets. Definately need a car to get around.
We took a boat trip on our last day from Agia Napa with Captain Marco, and would highly recommend this. The boat was a good size but not too large it wasn't cramped and it was very relaxed. The food was excellent and if you book in advance they will usually throw the food in for free.
Would definately recommend a trip to Waterworld water park, spent the whole day there and loved it.
The service provided by Cyprus Property & Villas was excellent, it was completely hasstle free, everything happened just as they said at the time of the original booking.

Dear all :-)
We had a marvellous holiday in Cyprus! Thank you. The property was a
very nice and comfortable villa in Agiya Thekla, equipped with
everything one can need for everyday life, even with swimming pool :-).
The location in a very quiet village with nice neighbours was perfect
for us, we don't like to live in the heart of noisy touristic towns. All
entertainments, restaurants, shops were a 5 minute drive. The villa was
very close to sea but the nearest well-equipped beach was about 3
minutes drive; shallow sea, very clean and wonderfully blue water and
magnificent view! The only inconvenience was that new villas were being
built and noise from building works was disturbing. But it is essential
if one stays at home all day long. We mostly travelled. We rented a car
and travelled through all Cyprus (excluding the Turkish part), we saw
many interesting places, monasteries, castles, etc.
As for the service provided by your company, I have nothing to complain
of :-) Everything was perfect.

No problems with your service, good contact and information flow. We found villa accurately reflected the information we had received. We would certainly consider using your company again for future holidays.
Villa was excellent, very spacious and well equipped. Overall we were very impressed with the Villa, in a nice location close enough to facilities without being too close so that we could enjoy some quiet time as well.
A Fantastic holiday, villa was excellent and provided an ideal base for us to see this area of Cyprus. Looking forward to returning and will certainly hope to use the service provided by Cyprus Property & Villas to ensure we are able to repeat the experience.
