This villa had everything that you would need for your stay. Best thing about was that each room had it's own bathroom so when there is seven people getting ready to go out in the morning you can all get ready at the same time. The swimming pool at this villa is fantastic which was used every day for the two weeks. Also it had a nice shady area out of the sun where we could sit and have lunch. Best thing is that some properties that you go to do not cater for the number of people booked but this villa does so no pull out campbeds or anything like that. It says eight people and it caters for eight people.

Next door to the villa is a lovely restaurant called Goosefat & Garlic. On our arrival we used it as we were tired from our journey and what a good idea it proved to be as the owner of the villa had arranged a 10% discount for us plus the food was great.

From the moment I first checked out your website the service provided has been excellent. All email's were replied to straight away even when I was moving dates around to get the best deal's on our flight's. So well done team Cyprus.

Villa Arizona - we had a fantastic time. The villa was absolutely gorgeous and the pool was fabulous, located next to a restaurant. My first thoughts were noise but we actually made more noise than the restaurant!

The villa is situated within easy reach of Coral Bay and 100m along there is a convenience store, ok for emergengy supply of beer and drinks! Two supermarkets are within a 5 min drive. Philippos is actually the better of the two. There is a belting butcher and baker situated in Pageia, again less than five minute drive.

Things to do in Paphos other than sunbathe? Waterpark is well worth a visit, the Bird and Animal Sanctuary is a bit run down in places but definetly a better day out than I thought. Like snorkelling? Then carry on past the villa until the second left past the telephone exchange, looks just like a villa with Cytaphone written on it and continue until you reach the sea, no beach but a crystal clear bay with caves, went twice in one day, free and fun. Karting was good fun just before the aforementioned supermarkets on the left, 19 euros for 20 mins.

Yannis in Kathikas worth a visit but be prepared 20 dishes of excellent mezes for 19ish euros. Avoid all Paphos port restaurants - overpriced rubbish meals best meal we had was in Stavros in Omodos & the Farmhouse Tavern just out of Kathikas. There's a really good snack bar with well priced cocktails, a short drive from the villa about three minutes towards St Georges bay just as the road veers left, great snacks ...worth a visit also is the sunset at St. Georges bay, the monastery there is gorgeous.

The villa itself well:-

Pros:- Well situated within easy drive of almost anything, great Pool, Aircon, All ensuite, Not over-looked & private.

Cons:- Kitchen needs a few more utensils, Situated on a fairly busy road, low water pressure.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anybody.

1. The Villa was lovely, and the owner, Harris, was very accommodating - he collected us the day after we arrived and drove us in to Coral Bay, showed us where the bank and supermarket was and helped us get a good deal on car hire. He came to check on us everyday to make sure that we didn't have any problems. On a slight negative two of the showers were not very good.

2. The location was good although the villa is situated on a main road. A car is necessary though as the supermarket and coral bay are not within walking distance, especially in the heat.

3. The restaurant right next door to the Villa 'the Goosefat and Garlic' is fantastic and we highly recommend it, we ate there on the evening of our arrival, Italian night - it was superb and again on our last evening. The owner is English and the staff are all very friendly.

4. The service provided by Cyprus Property & Villas was excellent.

5. No, overall we were very pleased with everything and had a lovely holiday.
