It is ideally situated for the championship Golf Course of Tsada and only a 20 minute drive to Paphos centre and beach. The villa has 3 upstairs bedrooms (2 double and 1 twin ) and a family bathroom. The Master bedroom is a double room with private ensuite bathroom, private balcony with views across the countryside and valley. The twin room has single beds which can be converted to a bunk beds if required.

Downstairs there is a sepatate bedrooom with modern sturdy double sofa bed and dvd player.

This villa has a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine and all modern convieniences which you may require. There is a large dining area.

There is also a comfortable well decorated lounge with quality furniture providing satellite TV, DVD and CD player.

All bedrooms include air-conditioning and central heating in the winter months in the rental rates - no extra charges.

Outside there is a 8m x 4m swimming pool, shower and BBQ area.
