The Property was Brilliant.
It was spotless and very welcoming. We booked the welcome pack and as we arrived to the villa late in the evening it was great to be able to sit down and have a drink /cup of tea.

Not far from the beach, This was rocky but we walked around to the Akti beach hotel and used the bay /beach area. Not a beach that you can just lie on. It was to go swimming or snorkling. Local shop within walking distance, major shop Lidl about 30 mins walk. You could catch a bus from the main road , this would cost 1 euro.

We went to Fat Mammas. just in paphos, It was a little expensive but worth everypenny, just remember they give you large portions so you may not want a starter.
"Joannas" just as you get into paphos. was a nice reasonably priced family run taverna. You could have a set price menu if you wished.
On the same side of the road and not far from Lidl was a fantastic Ice cream parlour.. FANTASTIC ICE CREAMS AND SORBETS.

Local Agents came and introduced themselves, asked if there was anything they could do for us and were we all ok. We couldnt work out how to get the cooker to work so they showed us. The handle of the door to the washing machine broke and I text them and they sent somebody around the next day when we were in to fix it.

1. How was the your property?
Villa Antonis was lovely. It was clean and spacious. The maid service was excellent too.

2. And the location?
The location was excellent. Near to Paphos and Coral Bay.

3. Were there any restaurants/bars/shops, beaches or sightseeing trips, that you would highly recommend?
Fettas and Muse were great – both are near the Council offices in Paphos.

4. Were you satisfied with the service provided by Cyprus Property & Villas?
Your communication system is excellent – you were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

5. Is there anything else you would like to bring to our attention?
There were only three of us in the villa and would advise the owners to look at the levels of crockery – for example there were only 4 large plates.
This is only a tiny point and only offered to improve a fantastic holiday home.

We have just got back from our first holiday to Cyprus.Most holdays have a few things that maybe could be improved,but as a family of five.My husband,myself our 18year old,10 year old and 7 year old have had a fantastic holiday,perfect in everyway.!(!this may seem a bit corny)but is true.
Our villa was excellent,clean spacious everything a family of 5 would need.The swimming pool was cleaned regularly and maid service once aweek.the owner sorted anything out we needed within 24 hours and was always available by phone.
The location was just outside the Paphos town but we walked and it took half an hour.we walked along the coast which was alot quicker then by road.It was quiet but very nice.we rented a car for the second week and would hirely recommend A&G Neophytou car hire, they are a taxi service too.They couldnt have been more helpful.they picked us up from the airport and dropped as back.They were 1st class.
There is a restaurant on the main road about 10mins walk from the villa called the Pentaras Resturant which do lovely food and very reasonably.there was a shop near by, ok for essentials things ie milk bread but supermarket in paphos a lot cheaper.
Coral bay beach was a 15min drive away quite busy but very nice sandy beach.(buses ran there too.)
Cyprus property and villas were very good and helpful,only one thing that i would say it wasnt too clear when we arrived at the villa which one was ours.We werent given a villa number so perhaps double check which one would be good before you go.we rang owner and it was sorted out straight away.
Other than this a perfect holiday which I fully recommend and we will definitely be going back to the villa and booking through Cyprus Villas.

The support and sevice provided by the company was fantastic. I was a little nervous about booking via the internet as had not used this method before. I have to say you helped everything run very smoothly and the infomation
regarding the villa was good

On arrival at the villa first impressions was fantastic. The area was a good
location and very quiet. The property was outstanding and all amenities
within were fantastic.

I will most definately consider using Cyprus Property & Villas again if visiting Cyprus. And once again thankyou for all your help

Our stay at the villa was comfortable with everything we needed.

The villa Is lovely,clean and tidy.

Denise and Kim were great and made organising our holiday so easy.

We met the owners who were very friendly, they called in from time to time and nothing seemed too much trouble.We loved the pool which was an absolute god-send as it was particularly hot this year. I would recommend this villa,a nice location, not too far from pafos, yet far enough away from the crowd. Very close by there is a shop which sales just about everything you can think of. Also,quite close by is a pharmacy ,more shops and some great tavernas.

Thanks for a great holiday.I love Cyprus so we will be back again.

1. The company, Cyprus Property and Villas, was superb. Couldn't have been
more helpful and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a property
on the island. I would certainly use You again.

2. The villa was wonderful, it was spotlessly clean and it had everything in
it we could possibly have wanted. Slightly out of Paphos itself, but this
meant that the area was peaceful and quiet, apart from our kids!! The house
was so light and airy, and incredibly comfortable. Antonis, and his brother
Valentine, checked in with us periodically to make sure we were OK, and the
pool was cleaned every second day. I loved the villa!

3. Have just returned from Cyprus having had one of the best holidays of my
life. Villa No.6 was spotless, extremely comfortable and had everything to
make our holiday run smoothly, which is imperative when you have 3 boys
under 6!

Antonis and his brother checked with us regularly, so we didn't feel
isolated not having a holiday rep constantly "at" us. The pool was cleaned
and checked every second day.

Would highly recommend this site, Kim and Denise couldn't have been more
helpful, which was so reassuring when arranging a holiday through the
"faceless" internet. Would certainly use Cyprus Property and Villas site
again.

My family holidayed at antonis villa in Paphos in Aug 2006, the booking was made through Kim. I tried to book online but the property I liked was not available, within the hour Kim had called me back and was giving me alternatives whilst i was viewing on the Internet. She was a wealth of information. Documents were forwarded on time and were precise.

The villa was lovely. It was modern and spotlessly clean. The pool and outside area were cleaned and the pool water tested on a regular basis, although my daughter did get an ear infection! the owners called regularly to enquire all was well. we asked for b-b-q utensils and they were brought in next to no time. nothing seemed too much trouble for the owners. Our flight was due to leave at 5pm and we were under the impression that we would have to vacate the villa at 11 am but the owners said we could leave when we were ready.

I would recommend Cyprus Property & Villas to friends and family and would definitely book to travel with them again. Once again a huge thanks to Kim & Denise.
