Villa Alexandros is a luxury holiday villa for rent in Ayia Thekla , near Ayia Napa. This beach villa offers 4 bedrooms(sleeps 8) and has a private pool. It is located 2km from the water park in Ayia Napa and is a spacious villa furnished both internally & externally.
At the ground floor it offers an open plan fully equipped kitchen , dining area and a sitting area with focal points of an open hearth fireplace, and a plasma TV. Access to the pool area and outside dining is through patio doors. Also on this level you will find the first double bedroom with an adjacent shower room .
On the first floor you will find 3 further bedrooms: the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and two twin bedrooms which share the family bathroom.
The villa is fully air conditioned and note that the air con units for cooling and heating can be used at no extra charge. The units are fitted with an energy saving 2-hour switch - for continuous operaton the unit should be restarted at the end of this period.
Outdoors, you can relax by the large pool and spacious garden area whilst taking in the views of Ayia Napa's coastline. Enjoy alfresco cooking using the built-in traditional barbeque and alfresco eating under the shade of the pergola.
