Off the pretty coastal road, Megas Alexandros is the ideal spot for self-catering if you want a beautiful and relaxing setting away from traffic and tourists but with all amenities. Everything you need for comfort and convenience is within walking distance: beach, supermarkets, bus stop, array of restaurants and nightlife. Kato Paphos and the Old Town are just a five minute drive. The houses are finished to a high specification throughout with granite worktops in the kitchens and marble staircases. In each: upstairs - two bedrooms, from the master bedroom a balcony overlooks the swimming pool; bathroom with bath/shower. Downstairs - beautiful fully fitted kitchen, w/c and spacious living area leading to the large sunny patio, ideal for private dining or sunbathing. This overlooks a stunning solar heated swimming pool with bridge and rock feature, and steps for easy access to the shallow end. The beach and play area are a short walk away, water-sports and large sandy beach at Coral Bay.
The beautiful swimming pool with bridge and rock formation is a major feature of this stunning development. The shared pool is solar heated in the winter months and there are steps leading to the shallow area for your easy access. The pool is surrounded by well maintained landscaped gardens with plenty of room for sunbathing. The sizeable patio overlooks and leads to the pool and is ideal for entertaining alfresco or for private sunbathing. There is patio furniture on the terrace or you can relax on sun loungers. For your convenience there are additional changing rooms with wc and showers at the pool. The house also has a balcony off the master bedroom overlooking the pool, ideal for a morning coffee or sitting and reading. There is a carport to the side of the house with additional on road parking. The area is not built up with only a few other buildings near it and green spaces.

Spacious living area with two sofas (1 x double sofa bed), armchair, coffee tables and blinds to block out the sun. TV, DVD. Large patio doors leading to a sunny patio with easy access to the pool. Sun loungers, table, chairs and sun umbrella. Tiled immaculately throughout and decorated neutrally for a cool, relaxing atmosphere.
The house has air conditioning units throughout which double as heaters during the winter months. Children are welcome, there is lots for them to do in the area, cots are available upon request. The house is strictly no smoking however guests may smoke outside on the patio, balconies or at the pool. The house is cleaned and aired with fresh linen and towels before new arrivals. Guests can request additional linen and towel changes from our housekeepers - price upon request and subject to availability, however there is a washing machine, drying facilities and plenty of space.
The house is an ideal base for golfers. There are 3 stunning championship golf courses within a 20 minute drive of Paphos. Aphrodite Hills = 20kms, Minthis Hills (formerly Tsada) = 15kms, Secret Valley = 18kms.
Kefalos beach next to the deluxe Elysium Hotel is about a 5 - 10 minute walk away and has a play area, mini golf and bar/restaurants. Coral Bay caters for watersports and is about 10 - 15 minute drive away by car or the bus, bus stop is a few minutes walk away. There are small, rocky beaches at Kato Paphos, 5 minutes drive, near to the harbour with bars/restaurants, where you can hire boats. All beaches in Cyprus are open to the public.
Paphos is a year round holiday destination with a long season due to the glorious weather. Guests have eaten Christmas dinner on the patio and we have spent many a happy day at the pool in February and November. Spring and autumn are usually gloriously warm, summer is guaranteed heat and dry. There is something for everyone: beaches, water-sports, diving, fishing, hiking and trekking, kayak safari, Aphrodite water park, go-karting, bowling, historical sites, golf, mini golf, pitch and put, skiing in the winter, yachting, cruising, horse trekking. The standard of food in Cyprus is excellent with a wide range of restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. The Cypriot people and warm and welcoming and provide excellent service. Children are welcome in most places and there is plenty to keep them occupied in the area. Banks, supermarkets, hospital and Internet cafes are all within easy reach. You can time spend touring local areas such as one many inland or fishing villages and mingle with the locals at a typical Cypriot taverna. Further afield visit the Rock of Aphrodite or one of the many secluded beaches. For history buffs visit one of the many archaeological sites, ancient monuments, temples, fabulous churches or monasteries. Cypriot law is based on British law. Driving is easy; the roads are not usually busy and you drive on the left hand side of the road.
