This stunning split level 4 bedroom villa has a prime location at Aphrodite Hills, offering spectacular views yet within walking distance of all amenities.
The villa is exceptionally well furnished, the lounge boasts a 32 inch plasma wall mounted TV complete with full SKY SPORTS satellite package and DVD
There villa also has full broadband connection.
The room is complimented by a leather sofa, which seats 8 people comfortably. The lounge joins with the dining area that features a wooden table with seating for 8. Both the dining are and lounge lead out onto the patio through large glass doors.
The open plan kitchen has all modcons: oven, hob and dishwasher. The finish is excellent with solid granite worktops and wooden cupboards and store areas.
This villa boasts 2 large double rooms and 2 twin rooms, two with en-suite facilities and come complete with adequate storage space for any family. The main bedrooms as well as the second double room have private balconies; the lower level bedroom has direct access out to the swimming pool area and has its own TV, DVD and Sky satellite access.
The balcony area is probably the one place where you will spend most of your holiday. Spacious, BBQ area, shaded section and access to the lower level, which has an infinity pool, make this an ideal setting to enjoy sundowners or early morning breakfasts.
The views are across the Aphrodite Hills ravine which houses the signature 7th hole which is played across the canyon, with the sea in the background.
