This wonderful 3 bedroom villa is one of the most highly sought after beach front holiday properties around, and, is situated in the heart of Coral Bay. The villa sits right on the water’s edge separated only by a clear blue swimming pool, a wonderful decked area and a mature green garden which slopes 30m down towards the Mediterrenean's edge. In the morning, you will hear the waves lapping up on the beach giving a blissful awakening for you and your party of guests and in the evening you can enjoy the most dramatic sunsets too.
The interior is smartly designed, carefully planned and fully equipped for the perfect holiday. The lounge with Satellite TV and comfortable sofas and dining area which seats 6, open out onto the patio, pool and garden area, which overlooks the sea. There is also a second king-sized bedroom on the upper level, with patio doors leading out onto the aforementioned balcony which is perfect for morning coffees or breakfast whilst watching the sea ripple and the odd little boat sail by. Located between the two is a luxury shower room with double sized tray and an open landing area at the top of the stairs.
This villa also has a cool lower basement level below ground with Table Tennis table and a further shower room which is ideal when returning in from the pool.
