You can hear waves lapping up on the rocks, absolute bliss. It is furnished to a very high standard with luxurious Mediterranean feel. The villa has central heating and air conditioning, making it suitable for holidaying at any time of year.
Situated near the Coral Bay resort, the shops, restaurants and bars are only a short walk away. The sandy Coral Bay beach is close by - approx 10 minute stroll.
There is a washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, oven, toaster, egg boiler, sandwich toaster, kettle, hob, big fridge. Provided cutlery, crockery, glassware. In fact, everything you need for great self-catering holiday. Includes linen, towels, and beach towels, and the Villa is cleaned and serviced after every 7 days. There are Hairdryers.
The dining room and lounge are beautifully furnished and from both rooms you can enjoy sea views through the floor to ceiling glass doors. There is a large cool basement family room with Satellite TV, DVD, Video, SonyPlayStation2, including a library of PS2 games, movies and reading books.
The upstairs bedrooms have balconies and are directly on the Mediterranean. The Villa has 3 bedrooms (two bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds).
The setting is perfect to enjoy al fresco meals whilst watching spectacular sunsets. Nice swimming pool, grassed area and a patio with 6 sunbeds, an umbrella, a dining table and 6 chairs, BBQ.
