Villa Richele is a brand new, individually designed and beautifully appointed property. It is privately owned and enjoys stunning sea and mountain views in a semi rural location, close to Coral Bay on the west coast of Cyprus. Villa Richele is approximately 10k away from Paphos, 3k from Coral Bay tunning and Paphos International Airport is 30 minutes drive by car.
The villa has 3 large ensuite bedrooms, all of which offer air conditioning, extensive wardrobe space, a built in dressing table, hair dryer and panoramic sea views.

With an open plan and central island design, the fully equipped kitchen is superb, offering lots of room and extensive work space. The kitchen is a dream to spend time in with views of the swimming pool and the rear garden.
The lounge on the ground floor offers a quality leather suite, coffee table, glass display cabinet and bookcase. It is fully air conditioned and large patio doors lead out to a sun terrace and the swimming pool. There is a hot bird satellite TV which hosts a range of international channels and a DVD/CD player with surround sound.
The private pool is floodlit and measures 8x4m, with an easy walk in step access. The pool overlooks the ocean and has numerous sunbeds, a very large patio table, chairs and parasol, with seating for 8/10. Nearby is a large BBQ area with sink facility in the rear garden. On the roof terrace of the villa, a patio table, chairs and parasol are provided to add to the enjoyment of the 360 degree views of the ocean and surrounding mountains.
The walled gardens that encircle the villa are tastefully landscaped, offering a vibrant mix of tropical palms, fruit trees and beautiful flowers, providing colour and interest all year. The villa enjoys a lot of privacy, thanks to a screen of fir and carib trees that surround the property.
