Central heating and a woodburning stove complete the picture for shoulder season bookings, while the double-height glazing fills the villa with light off the sea. The option for the heated pool adds to the benefits of renting this villa. This is definitely a villa for sunset-lovers!

Extras & Comments

Air-conditioning is included in the fee for the months of May, Jun, Jul, Aug & Sept
Central Heating is included in the fee for the months of Nov, Dec, Jan & Feb

From experience no temperature control is necessary in the remaining months however if our guests deem it necessary it could easily be arranged locally:
- Air conditioning - Euro 5 per unit per day (one unit in each room)
- Central Heating - Euro 10 per day for the whole villa

Kindly note that there is an extra cost for heating the swimming pool which is GBP 250 per week in Spring and Autumn months, and, GBP 350 in Winter months.
