Beach front luxury villa in Coral Bay with heated pool
Luxury newly built villa located in a prime position in 'Coral Bay'. The property is situated immediately in front of the beach and has magnificent and unobstructed view of the sea.
On the ground level this exclusive villa offers fantastic sea views from both the pool area and the stunning lounge area. The lounge forms an open plan layout with the dining room, which can seat 8. This cyprus villa also has a fully equipped kitchen, which comes with 4 ring stove, dish washer, freezer, fridge, grill, hob, kitchenette, microwave, oven, washing machine and coffee maker.
The first twin bedroom with bathroom is also found on the ground floor.
On the lower level there is a well-furnished twin bedroom with en suite shower room, which leads out to the pool area via stairs. As the room is located below ground level it boasts cool temperatures in the summer.
On the 1st floor there are 2 double bedrooms, both facing the sea. Each commands undisturbed views of the Mediterranean from private balconies and both interiors are extremely well furnished. Main room has an en suite bathroom, second room has a spacious bathroom room.
This villa is within walking distance of the shops, tavernas, pubs and family entertainment areas in Coral Bay as well as its beaches. Car hire is not essential.

Villa Kasparin was beautiful and could not have been in a better position on the seafront, overlooking Paphos.
Just a short 15 minute walk to the main strip of Coral Bay which has everything you need, bars, restuarants, nightclubs and supermarkets.
Absolutely perfect - no need to have car hire unless you want to explore further a field. Due to the slight incline its only 10 minutes back.
The Villa itself was immaculate, thanks to Jackie and Kevin the villa managers, who keep it that way, I would also like to add that the courtesy, helpfulness and friendliness that they show is second to none.

This is the first holiday we have booked via the internet we were just a little bit sceptical about the whole thing. But the booking process and any questions we had were answered within 12 hours which put our minds at ease, if it wasn't for the fact that we have a family wedding in Canada next year I wouldn't be sat here writing this but booking for next year through them.
Secondly, we had a 6 hour delay, due to Greek air traffic control and couldn't be helped, so didn't arrive until 5 am. We had booked a taxi transfer through the link on the web site but were very worried the taxi due to the delay would of gone. We walked into the arrival hall to see a very tired looking Cypriot who had waited there for us, again some thing that we got worried about but due to you and your team/associates professionalism should not have.
We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending or indeed booking through yourselves again and would like to thank you for a trouble and worry free fantastic holiday, our 12th abroad and definitly the best. If any future travellers require any information about our holiday we would be happy to do so through your web site.

Dear All
Just a short note to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay in Villa Kasparin. Our taxi was waiting for us (thankyou) and we spent 3 days in our hotel before going to the villa. The villa was of a very high standard and very clean. The pool was lovely and warm (much appreciated by my niece and nephew). Jackie, the villa manager was there to greet us and she and her husband were very helpful and friendly. All in all we had a great time and our only complaint was the euro!
