The Villa, which enjoys an excellent corner position, is fully air-conditioned, sleeps up to 6 people, benefits from SKY TV with main UK channels and Sky Sports 1, 2, and 3, a large private “overflow” swimming pool with roman steps set in a beautiful mature landscaped garden with a large permanent BBQ feature. The accommodation is on two levels with the open plan spacious lounge, dining area, kitchen, master bedroom (double bed) with a dressing room feature, second bedroom (single beds which can be made up as a double bed if required) with a large circular shower on the main level. The third bedroom (single beds which can be made up as a double bed if required) with it's own shower room facilities is on the raised lower level. There is also a large laundry/storage room on the lower level.

The lovely town and port of Paphos is only some 20 kms by car and the resort is only 10 kms from Paphos airport or just over an hour from Larnaca airport (flight time approximately 4 1/2 hours).
