Seafront villas are few and far between, and photographs of this villa do not do it justice! The very last house before Banana Bay stretches round to Coral Bay, this large house has the beach for a back yard.

The villa offers excellent 4 bedroom accommodation on 2 floors. On the ground floor towards the main entrance is a twin bedroom with a shower room. On the upper level there are 3 bedrooms. 2 double bedrooms ( 1bathroom ensuite and the other shower ensuite ) and 1 twin room (with shower rooms ensuite). The two double bedrooms have excellent sea views.

There is a partly covered terrace, which leads from the living room and the dining room to the swimming pool, barbecue and the garden. The garden surrounds the pool and overlooks the beach. Inside, the house is spacious, fully furnished and set up to enjoy the views. The sea is a constant presence in your holiday, with spectacular views from all the balconies, verandas and the roof garden.

All this and a very convenient location too as it is situated in an area near Kissonerga village and Coral Bay, and, only 20 minutes drive from Paphos town. There is a bus stop close by, with regular buses to Coral Bay and Paphos, while there are several restaurants and bars within walking distance.

TV - there are a few English speaking channels (4 news, 3 sport, 10 movies, etc). The English movies are all the latest Hollywood movies and have arabic sub-titles.

Free wi-fi is available.

Pool towels are available at an additional cost of 4 euros each towel, for the duration of the stay, if required.

An iron and ironing board plus a hairdryer is provided.

Baby equipment - A cot with travel mattress and bed linen, high chair, baby bath, food blender, stairgate are available free of charge.

A baby car seat, child seat and booster seat can be hired in at extra charge.

Airport transfers can be arranged, at extra cost, on request.

Pool heating is available as an optional extra and the cost is as follows:-
GBP £350 or EURO 420 per week in Dec to Mar - payable locally.
GBP £250 or EURO 300 per week in Apr, early May, late Oct and Nov - payable locally.

A welcome pack is provided for all guests.

Please note that since the main photograph was taken two additional villas have been constructed nearby, but they in no way encroach upon the view from Poseidon.

A welcome pack is provided for all guests.

Air-conditioning is included in the rental for the months of May, Jun, Jul, Aug & Sept
Central Heating is included in the rental for the months of Nov, Dec, Jan & Feb
From experience no temperature control is necessary in the remaining months however if our guests deem it necessary it could easily be arranged locally:
- Air conditioning - Euro 5 per unit per day (one unit in each room)
- Central Heating - Euro 10 per day for the whole villa

holiday testimonial Just a quick note to let you know how much we enjoyed our holiday at the above villa.

It was exactly as we hoped and better. The position is perfect and the villa was very clean and very large.

The only problem was the air conditioning which was switched off as the villa was empty the week before. However we were able to resolve fairly quickly. The owner was very helpful over this and also sorted out our hire car booking so jeeps were delivered to the villa.

We would definitely recommend the villa and would love to come again.

We found this villa to be a really safe environment for our 2 children age 6&4. The location was great - waking up to see the sea so close was fantastic!

We went in June 07 and the pool was warm and great for our children with a safe enclosed grass area.

We were also very close to a bus stop to Coral bay but would need a taxi to Paphos as we could not find the bus stop in the opposite direction. Would recommend a hire car.

I would definitley use this villa again.

Yes, thanks we had a lovely holiday.

Yes, we would use your Company again. We found you very extremely efficient, professional and friendly.

The Poseidon Beach Villa was great. The views were lovely, and the villa was equipped with everything we needed. The only downside to it was that the water in the pool was very cold in March, so we were unable to use it, so the kids especially were disappointed with that.

As we arrived at the villa at approximately 10.30pm, the welcome pack of fruit, milk and bread etc. was very welcome!

We couldn't have chosen a better Company to help us arrange our first 'villa' holiday than Cyprus Property & Villas. Kim and Denise were always
extremely helpful and efficient dealing with any query we had. They even booked our taxis from Paphos Airport to the villa. We had a great holiday and would definitely use Cyprus Property & Villas again.
