Wow - just fabulous!
Oceanfront, and featuring a double-decker master suite with jacuzzi, Oceanos villa is the venue for a villa holiday of a ifetime, or a family celebration that will be memorable forever.
Oceanos looks across Banana Bay to Coral Bay, with several restaurants and a supermarket within easy walking distance. That's if you can raise the will to leave the villa, so spectacular is the location.
Central heating and a woodburning stove complete the picture for shoulder season bookings, while the double-height glazing fills the villa with light off the sea.
This is definitely a villa for sunset-lovers!
Villa Oceanos has 5 bedrooms as follows:-
1. Double bedroom - large double sized jacuzzi bath with shower over bath.
2. Double bedroom - large walk in shower room.
3. Twin bedroom - walk in shower cabin.
4. Twin bedroom - walk in shower cabin.
5. Twin bedroom - walk in shower cabin.

TV - there are a few English speaking channels (4 news, 3 sport, 10 movies, etc). The English movies are all the latest Hollywood movies and have arabic sub-titles.
Free wi-fi is available.
Pool towels are available at an additional cost of 4 euros each towel, for the duration of the stay, if required.
An iron and ironing board plus a hairdryer is provided.
Baby equipment - A cot with travel mattress and bed linen, high chair, baby bath, food blender, stairgate are available free of charge.
A baby car seat, child seat and booster seat can be hired in at extra charge.
Airport transfers can be arranged, at extra cost, on request.
A welcome pack is provided for all guests.

Air-conditioning is included in the fee for the months of May, Jun, Jul, Aug & Sept

From experience no temperature control is necessary in the remaining months however if our guests deem it necessary it could easily be arranged locally:
- Air conditioning - Euro 5 per unit per day (one unit in each room)
- Central Heating - Euro 10 per day for the whole villa

Exclusive Villa Oceanos
The property was amazing, we knew from the pictures it was going to be special but it was even better in real life. It was so good that we did not venture far, we just enjoyed the relaxation by the infinity pool and strolls along the pebble beach. Being so close to the sea the sound of the waves was hypnotic and the view stunning. The property was well serviced and clean (a few more tea towels would have been handy but the washing machine eased this).The owners were very courteous and welcoming, bringing us not just a tray of fresh cookies from the Patisserie but also a large and very delicious Birthday cake for myself and one of our guests. We had such a good time and would definitely book this villa again.
The location of the villa was ideal, it was peaceful with well kept gardens and only a few steps down onto the pebble beach. The convenience store was close at hand and a few restaurants were within a short walking distance. As it was late in the season the supermarkets carried less fresh foods but all basics were available, as there was road works on the main road linking Kissonegra to Paphos it was safer to stick to the few restaurants that were open nearby as we didn't opt for a hire car.
There were plenty of buses easily accessible to take you to towns nearby but we couldn't tear ourselves away from the relaxation of villa to venture further.
We ate twice at Holly's restaurant which offered a good varied menu with fresh home cooked foods at a reasonable price( 3 courses for 15 Euros). Again as it was late in the season we were often the only people in the restaurants which meant service was prompt. All restaurants were very obliging and offered a mix between traditional Cypriot and UK style menus.
The service provided by Cyprus Property & Villas was excellent, all communication was prompt and informative.

Exclusive Villa Oceanos
1. How was the your property?
The villa was PERFECT !!! new, clean, with a wonderful sea view. Very spacious and comfortable. Nothing was missing from it. The children loved the swimming pool and the adults in the evenings enjoying the magnificent sunset !
2. And the location?
Very peacefull location and lots of privacy.
3. Were there any restaurants/bars/shops, beaches or sightseeing trips, that you would highly recommend?
The villa's location is excellent for trips to coral bay (just 5 min. with car) where is a beautiful beach and also to Akamas, Latchi and the Bath of Aphrodite.
4. Were you satisfied with the service provided by Cyprus Property & Villas?
Excellent service and great communication. Also the owner of Villa, Yiannis, was of great help.

Exclusive Villa Oceanos
My family stayed in the newly built villa Oceanos (Ref No. 000598) for my dad's 60th birthday in June 2010 and we had a fantastic holiday.
The villa was amazing - something out of MTV Cribs!
The infinity pool was lovely and all the rooms were built to a very high standard with amazing views.
The kitchen had everything you required and the outside bbq area and gardens were lovely.
Thank you for a great holiday and a memorable birthday for my dad.

" How was the your property?
Superb!! Everything about it was lovely.
2. And the location?
Again lovely. Even though there were 3 villas, it was still very private. The sea view and sunsets will always be remembered.
3. Were there any restaurants/bars/shops, beaches or sightseeing trips, that you would highly recommend?
Kikkos Cocktail Bar in Coral Bay excellent. Prices very good and service excellent. Brought the kiddies 2 extra cocktails beacause they had removed the 'bits' they had left whilst they went on the playground! Corallo Restaurant opposite excellent fish/meat mezes. Supermarket at Coral Bay(from villa straight across roundabout on RHS) large and cheaper than others.(Only found this on our last day!!!) We went to Pathos for the day and Lara Beach/Polis/ Latchi on another.Both excellent days out.Lara Beach (where the turtles are)certainly tested our little hire car!! Had to take the very bumpy road very carefully!!

Yes. They were extremely helpful and friendly and sorted problems out straight away.

Yianni the villas owner couldn't have been more helpful. He literally was just a phone call away!!
