Nautilus looks across Banana Bay / Potima Bay to Coral Bay, with several restaurants and a supermarket within easy walking distance. That's if you can raise the will to leave the villa, so spectacular is the location.

Central heating and a woodburning stove complete the picture for shoulder season bookings, while the double-height glazing fills the villa with light off the sea.

The option for the heated pool adds to the benefits of renting this villa.

Villa Nautilus has 5 bedrooms as follows:-

1. Double bedroom - single sized Jacuzzi bath with shower (over bath).
2. Double bedroom - walk in shower cabin.
3. Twin bedroom - walk in shower cabin.
4. Twin bedroom - walk in shower cabin.
5. Twin bedroom - walk in shower cabin.

TV - there are a few English speaking channels (4 news, 3 sport, 10 movies, etc). The English movies are all the latest Hollywood movies and have arabic sub-titles.

Free wi-fi is available.

Pool towels are available at an additional cost of 4 euros each towel, for the duration of the stay, if required.

An iron and ironing board plus a hairdryer is provided.

Baby equipment - A cot with travel mattress and bed linen, high chair, baby bath, food blender, stairgate are available free of charge.

A baby car seat, child seat and booster seat can be hired in at extra charge.

Airport transfers can be arranged, at extra cost, on request.

Pool heating is available as an optional extra and the cost is as follows:-
GBP £350 or EURO 420 per week in Dec to Mar - payable locally.
GBP £250 or EURO 300 per week in Apr, early May, late Oct and Nov - payable locally.

From experience no temperature control is necessary in the remaining months however if our guests deem it necessary it could easily be arranged locally:
- Air conditioning - Euro 5 per unit per day (one unit in each room)
- Central Heating - Euro 10 per day for the whole villa
