The villa is a nice sized villa with four bedrooms. One of these is in the basement which is noisy, as it is near the pool pump and heater, with no inner door so only a small amount of privacy. The villa is ideal for 4 to 6 people, 8 would be a real squeeze both inside and especially outside by the pool area. We would rate it 8/10 overall.

The location is absolutely superb with one of the best views in Cyprus, we will really miss the view. It is also well placed for all the amenities in Coral Bay and a short bus ride to Paphos town centre. There is a path down to the sea close to the villa but this is pretty perilous for anyone not completely fit. Would still say 10/10 for view and location.

We have been to Paphos many times and have travelled the whole area. We would strongly recommend:

- A trip up to Troodos to see the mountains, springs and scenery
- A trip to Pissouri, a really lovely seaside village and beach which is also near Aphrodite's rock
- A trip to Nicosia to see the city and get the history of the 1970's troubles with Turkey
- A trip to the Old Town market, good for lace and leather

As for Restaurants we would very strongly recommend:

- The Trattoria La Vigna in Coral Bay ( at the top end of the main street)
- The Almond Tree in Paphos (behind the aquarium in Paphos)
- The Atrion in Paphos (in the shopping centre opposite Alexander the Great
hotel)
- Theos on Paphos Harbour
- Porto Bello in Paphos (almost opposite The Almyra hotel)

The service from Cyprus Property & villas was excellent throughout.
Kevin the property manager was very helpful and any issues were quickly resolved, 10/10 for Kevin's service level.

1. How was the your property?

Absolutely stunning, everything we needed and more. There was 8 of us and felt the villa gave us all our own space as across 3 floors. Lilos and pool toys were a great addition too.


2. And the location?

Excellent, it was our first time to Cyprus and although the area itself catered for tourists we found it easy to get out and about and expore the real cyprus. The area was lovely and enjoyed many moon lit walks through the neighbourhood and what a view!! Miss that more than anything, waking up to the beautiful Med everyday will take some beating.


3. Were there any restaurants/bars/shops, beaches or sightseeing trips, that you would highly recommend?

We hired quad bikes and ventured along the coast to Lara bay, I believe this was the best way to explore and reach areas you cannot reach in a saloon car. No need to pay for the safari, just jump on a bike grab a map and away you go. plenty of lovely restaurants inside Coral Bay and outside. Japanese just opposite Blazing Saddles was excellent, went twice! Kevin gave us a card for local Meze, cant remember the name (begun with a P) was 5 minute walk and located by the big roundabout as you come in to Coral Bay. Great food and hosting.


4. Were you satisfied with the service provided by Cyprus Property & Villas?

Excellent in every way from start to end. Kevin was there to meet us at the villa and was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The fridge didnt seem to keep very cool so we mentioned it to Kevin, next day a new fridge arrived. Excellent!!! Thanks Kevin. Special mention to Lesley as well, the holiday was to celebrate my Dad's retirement so we were extra concerned everything needed to be right. Lesly answered all my questions promptly and even offered advice etc.

Property was clean, spacious and a good family based villa. The fly screens provided I thought were a good idea. Pool area was great good sized pool for everybody was again great views and nice outdoor area for BBQ and dining.

Location was good, beautiful undisturbed sea views, what more do you want. Good to be near the main strip of shops bars and restaurants (minus the stairs up the hill 10 MINS WALK)

The stairs leading down into the ocean beside the villa is a great way to go swimming and admire the views. Beach wise the local coral bay beach is a family friendly beach and only a short walk with a restaurant on site and there's a beach 10 mins by car which is also great.

Kevin was nice and friendly and a good help to us as were the staff in office when booking our holiday and the information on taxi booking etc came in handy.

Fantastic villa very well kitted out and the pool area was fabulous with stunning views.

2. And the location?
Location was superb, overlooking the ocean and a 5 minute walk to bars and restaurant in coral bay, no better location in this resort.

3. Were there any restaurants/bars/shops, beaches or sightseeing trips, that you would highly recommend?
Blazing sandals pub for viewing football, Solomans restaurant for set menu on main street.

4. Were you satisfied with the service provided by Cyprus Property & Villas?
Definitely. Julie was excellent throughout the process and Kevin the Villa Manager in resort was superb, a real support and very professional.

CPV Note: Client reported playstation hand control was broken and this has been sorted. Also, felt matress was uncomfortable (no reports from other guests have highlighted this).

We are just back from a fabulous holiday staying in Villa Kasparin. The property was perfectly located with stunning views of the sea; it really was great to look out on this each morning and hear the waves in bed at night! It's only a short walk into the resort of Coral Bay, although there is a steep hill or steps to be negotiated first, but we managed this fine even when pushing a pushchair! The property was clean, well equipped and very spacious. We had 6 adults and 2 children and felt there was sufficient space for us all; having a bathroom for each bedroom certainly helped! The property is very well managed by Kevin and Jackie and they were readily available to deal with any issues. The heated pool was much appreciated!
We ate out a few times and each time the food was good and the restaurants very welcoming and friendly. We had a particularly good meal at 'King Solomon's Tavern' - very traditional and lovely home cooked food, also the restaurant owners are particularly friendly. They even offered to store our suitcases as we weren't flying home until the evening and needed to check out of the villa!
All in all we had a fantastic time and were very happy with the service we received. Any queries we had were answered quickly and efficiently - thank you!

The property was well-prepared, clean and in good condition. We were impressed with its appearance and found it comfortable once we had figured out how to work the room heaters. These were needed as it gets a bit cold on January evenings.

The location was perfect as the villa is located next to the sea and there is nothing to obstruct the view from the rear of the property.

It is also within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants, my 81 year old mother managed this walk so it cannot be too strenuous. Even in January when some bars and restaurants are closed, there was still plenty of choice.

We ate at several local restaurants and had no complaints about any. The food and service was good and the staff were welcoming and friendly.

We can recommend a drive into the Troodos mountains where the contrast with the coastal area is striking - as is the temperature difference. The Kykkos monastery was impressive and also worth a visit.

If you are looking for somewhere less built up than the Coral Bay/ Paphos area then Latchi, near Polis is recommended. Although we did not stop for a meal, the restaurants on the sea shore looked like they would be would be a good spot to relax.

We were more than satisfied with the service received. The whole booking process was straight forward and the company was very helpful when we sought information about villas before selecting Villa Kasparin. This was the first time we had hired a Villa and we were not disappointed; everything was as described, if not better.

Kevin and Jackie were very friendly and helpful and it was good to be greeted by them. Their visits during our stay were appreciated and the information they gave us helped throughout the holiday.

Villa Kasparin was beautiful and could not have been in a better position on the seafront, overlooking Paphos.

Just a short 15 minute walk to the main strip of Coral Bay which has everything you need, bars, restuarants, nightclubs and supermarkets.

Absolutely perfect - no need to have car hire unless you want to explore further a field. Due to the slight incline its only 10 minutes back.

The Villa itself was immaculate, thanks to Jackie and Kevin the villa managers, who keep it that way, I would also like to add that the courtesy, helpfulness and friendliness that they show is second to none.

On Cyprus Property Villas itself.
This is the first holiday we have booked via the internet we were just a little bit sceptical about the whole thing. But the booking process and any questions we had were answered within 12 hours which put our minds at ease, if it wasn't for the fact that we have a family wedding in Canada next year I wouldn't be sat here writing this but booking for next year through them.

Secondly, we had a 6 hour delay, due to Greek air traffic control and couldn't be helped, so didn't arrive until 5 am. We had booked a taxi transfer through the link on the web site but were very worried the taxi due to the delay would of gone. We walked into the arrival hall to see a very tired looking Cypriot who had waited there for us, again some thing that we got worried about but due to you and your team/associates professionalism should not have.

We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending or indeed booking through yourselves again and would like to thank you for a trouble and worry free fantastic holiday, our 12th abroad and definitly the best. If any future travellers require any information about our holiday we would be happy to do so through your web site.

Dear All

Just a short note to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay in Villa Kasparin. Our taxi was waiting for us (thankyou) and we spent 3 days in our hotel before going to the villa. The villa was of a very high standard and very clean. The pool was lovely and warm (much appreciated by my niece and nephew). Jackie, the villa manager was there to greet us and she and her husband were very helpful and friendly. All in all we had a great time and our only complaint was the euro!
