This luxury newly built 4-bedroom villa is situated in a quiet rural location just 300m from the beach, enjoying lovely views of the Mediteranean and the surrounding sub tropical banana plantations.
The villa is located in a prime location between Paphos and Coral Bay area, offering total privacy and being at the same time, easily accessible on foot for shops, restaurants, bus-stop, bank and sandy beach.
The luxury villa has a fully fitted kitchen with hob, oven, washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/ freezer and a relaxing living room with satellite TV, DVD player, audio tape player, radio, CD player.
There are 2 bedrooms downstairs with twin beds and showers.
Plus there are 2 bedrooms upstairs with double beds with baths.
All bedrooms are en-suite.
Outside you will find the beautiful private swimming pool (4.5m X 9m) with plenty of space for sunbathing and relaxing.
There is also a BBQ and table and chairs for dining outdoors.
Banana Gardens is located in an ideal holiday spot giving guests the chance for an extremely high standard accommodation, for joyful and relaxing holidays under the Cyprus sun in combination with Cypriot hospitality.

Less than 10 minutes drive from Paphos centre which has a large selection of shops, restaurants and nightlife. The villa is a short distance from the sandy beach of Coral Bay and just 200m - 800m from the nearby bank, restaurants, supermarkets & shops.

1. How was the your property?
We loved the villa, there were 8 of us and we all had more than enough space. It was so peaceful and quiet. We spent alot of time at the pool because the villa was so secluded.
2. And the location?
Loved the sleepy atmosphere of the area where we stayed. Was great cause we didnt need to drive very far to find anything at all.
3. Were there any restaurants/bars/shops, beaches or sightseeing trips, that you would highly recommend?
We had a great waffle at Muse in Paphos, was beyond yummy!! A must see are the waterfalls of Adonis.
4. Were you satisfied with the service provided by Cyprus Property & Villas?
The service was completely hassle free which is fantastic, can't wait to plan our next trip!
5. Is there anything else you would like to bring to our attention?
Just that the shower in the left hand upstair double room could do with a new head and next time would like to have a proper duvet for the beds (Owner has been advised of client's comments). CPV

Had a great time. This was my friends first holiday to Cyprus: they loved the villa, snorkelling at the St George Hotel and the beautiful clear waters at Coral Bay. The taxi driver did have trouble finding the cut off ( but I think that might have had something to do with the speed he was driving at!). I WOULD HAVE NO HESITATION IN RECOMMENDING THIS PROPERTY TO ANY ONE LOOKING FOR A VILLA THIS SIZE, and have added you to my favourites for next year. Thanks.

As a company I would recommend you to anyone , from the moment we booked it till we left the villa it was effortless.
The villa was in a great location , spotless and the owner was more thab helpful when he visited most days to check all was ok.

From the moment we booked our villa The Banana Gardens (no69) to the moment we arrived we did not know what to expect, but the surprise when we arrived and found ourselves in our own little bit of private paradise was amazing. The villa is wonderful, clean and very spacious as there was 8 of us we each had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool was fantastic and checked everyday by the owner who was a very friendly man.
The local people were amazing and we did not hire a car as we found the buses were fine for what we needed. The local restaurants served up the most delicious Cypriot food and they all loved the children.
We would go back to this wonderful place again and would recommend this villa and company to anyone we know. Thank you for giving us a wonderful holiday.
