The villa offers excellent 4 bedroom accommodation on 2 floors. On the ground floor towards the main entrance is a twin bedroom with a shower room. On the upper level there are 3 bedrooms. 1 double bedroom (bathroom ensuite) and 2 twin rooms (with shower rooms ensuite). The main bedroom and second twin room both have excellent sea views.
There is a partly covered terrace, which leads from the living room and the dinning room to the swimming pool, barbecue and the garden. The garden surrounds the pool and overlooks the beach. Inside, the house is spacious, fully furnished and nicely decorated.
The sea views from all the balconies, verandas and the roof garden are spectacular.
All this and a very convenient location too as it is situated in an area near Kissonerga village and Coral Bay, and, only 20 minutes drive from Paphos town.
Also note that there are no buildings near the house in half a mile radius and no construction is to take place within this radius either.
