Enjoy the quiet comforts of a 5-star deluxe 4 bedroom vacation rental villa, set in a small seaside village amongst rolling hillsides, lush vineyards and near-beach atmosphere, in walking distance of 14 restaurants and other holiday amenities.

Neptune’s Retreat is a privately owned, newly built, spacious villa situated on a peaceful hillside within easy walking distance of the beautiful, safe, unspoilt 2km long Blue Flag beach as well as the extensive number of restaurants and shops of the quiet rural seaside village of Pissouri Bay. Pissouri Bay is situated midway between Paphos and Limassol and is set at the southern end of a narrow valley filled with vineyards and other greenery. The villa is a 15-minute drive from Paphos airport and less than an hour from Larnaca airport.

The sumptuously-fitted villa sleeps 8 to 10 people with spectacular sea views from the living areas and all bedrooms, so every guest can wake up to the sights and sounds of the sea. Guests can open the panoramic floor to ceiling windows to experience the cooling sea breezes that waft through the villa, or make use of the air-conditioning or attractive ceiling fans.

Ground floor:
The villa has stunning Italian porcellenato tiles through-out. The accommodation is furnished to a very high standard and consists of a spacious 50m2 open-plan lounge/dining area with comfortable seating for eight and a marble-surround fire-place (wonderful for cosy evenings in cooler weather), TV, DVD player and CD stereo. There is also a broadband internet connection for surfing the net or keeping in touch with the world by email.

The dining area seats eight comfortably. Wall to wall picture windows open on to an extensive patio area which can be used for dining al fresco. The separate fully fitted kitchen is equipped with high quality appliances, including oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a washing machine in a separate small utility area.

Adjacent to the living area is a twin bedroom overlooking both the pool and the sea, which is served by an elegantly fitted shower room with WC.

First floor:
The master bedroom has a large double bed with built in wardrobes and dressing table and accesses a private terrace with sun loungers from which the full beauty of the surrounding valley can be enjoyed. It has an en-suite shower room with stylish individually specified fittings. There are two further bedrooms, each with fitted wardrobes and one with another built-in dressing table. These two rooms have twin beds which can be made up as doubles if required, and have panoramic sea views through opening picture windows. There is a third large family-sized bathroom with over-bath shower. There is a washing machine in a separate utility area.

Outdoor living is a part of the beauty of Neptune’s Retreat. This beauty can be enjoyed from eight sun loungers, a table with 8 chairs, a barbeque area, and electric retractable awnings have been fitted for when shade is required. The villa has an extra-large 13m by 4m pool set in a substantial landscaped garden and paved patio area, filled with a wide variety of local plants, trees and flowers. Guests can enjoy a hot or cold outdoor shower, and relax with a sun-downer in the grassy upper garden, away from the pool activities. Please note that there are 20 steps down from the carport to the front of the property. There is private parking for two cars and off-road parking for a further three adjacent to the property.

Please be aware that small children will need to be supervised in the garden and pool area as there are steep slopes surrounding the property.

There is a small children’s playground 50 metres from the villa, while lovely hill-side walks begin at the front door.

Location:
Neptune’s Retreat is an easy 5-7 minute walk to the 2km long Blue Flag beach, with an extensive selection of restaurants, shops, supermarkets, a bank, car and bike hire and other facilities available in the local village. The 5 star Columbia Beach Hotel and Resort, with wonderful restaurants and a spa and leisure facilities, is an easy stroll away; Pissouri village, located on the hills behind the Bay, with a further wide range of restaurants and bars, is a mere five minute drive away.

Bed linen, bath and beach towels are provided. Air conditioning, central heating and electricity are included in the price.

THERE IS A STRICT NON-SMOKING POLICY WITHIN THE VILLA. We ask all guests to respect this policy and not smoke in the villa or around the patio and pool area.
