This huge villa is in a very convenient location with local bars, shops and restaurants just a short walk away. It is ideally suited for families. This villa is just a 1 min walk from the famous Fig Tree Bay (definitely one of the best beaches in Cyprus), a beautiful sandy beach where the sea is crystal clear and shallow enough for kids of all ages to enjoy. Here you can find plenty of water sports including water-skiing, banana boat rides, wakeboarding, paragliding, jet-skis, speedboats for hire etc.
The villa provides one bedroom with bunk beds, 4 bedrooms with king-size beds and one bedroom with twin beds. The living room sofas room turn into 1 queen size bed or 2 singles if you need to accomodate an extra 2 people.

It is the perfect place to chill out with a bottle of wine, enjoy a lovely meal while taking in the stunning sea views and watching leisure boats passing by. Kids also enjoy racing up and down the football-pitch sized lawn or playing football.
There is also a snooker table in the garage.
The main strip in Protaras is about a 7 min walk from the villa with all its nightlife, entertainment and excellent restaurants, bars and shops. Ayia Napa, with its white, sandy beaches, water park and clubs is about a 10 min drive away. The traditional small town of Paralimni is a 10 min drive away
