This new 4 bed detached villa sleeps 8 and is situated in a large plot with private swimming pool and gardens. Air conditioning and heating are fitted in all rooms. Built as an "upside down house" in order to maximise fantastic sea and mountain views.
The kitchen/diner and separate lounge are on the first floor opening on to a large south facing veranda. There is also a bedroom and a family bathroom on this floor.
The ground floor has three bedrooms (one en suite) and a family bathroom.
The villa is situated in the lovely quiet village of Anarita and could be described as an "away from it all" holiday suitable for couples, family and friends. However it is only 15mins drive to Paphos town, 10 mins to airport and beach, and 15mins to Secret valley and Aphrodite golf courses.
There is a small Supermarket and two Tavernas within 200mtrs of the villa.
NOTE:- This is a no smoking villa although ashtrays are provided for outside use. The owner does not recommend occupancy with children under 6yrs old for safety reasons
