Kings Palace is a new development built around a large swimming pool set in beautifully landscaped gardens. It is situated just outside Paphos town opposite the historic site of the Tomb of the Kings, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.
This privately owned new spacious first floor apartment is fully air conditioned and luxuriously appointed to a very high standard. It has one double bedroom, with en-suite, which has its own balcony. The two twin bedrooms, lead on to the balcony.
There is with a family bathroom .The apartment has a spacious open plan double aspect living dining and kitchen area with a balcony.
The balcony with garden furniture offers breathtaking views of the coast line, also views of the pool and the sea. Where you can dine al fresco or just sunbathing.
Open plan living area leading onto a balcony through patio doors. There are two comfortable sofas in the living room to relax on. There is an extra double sofa-bed in the living room, providing comfortable accommodation for 6-8 people
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, extractor, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster and kettle.
There is a television and D.VD player but only local stations and a CD/radio.
There are books and games for use by the occupants if wished.
There is a lift in the building.
The apartment will be cleaned for arrival and after departure. Towels and linen are included but not beach towels. If the stay is longer than one week additional cleaning/linen change will be arranged.
