This second floor (top floor) apartment is on a top selling complex and it has been furnished with matching colours to a very high standard and specification. It has stunning views from all angles and attracts different aspects of the sun throughout the day overlooking the swimming pool.

The apartment has two bedrooms, two shower/bathrooms and an open plan lounge with diner kitchen. Both the lounge and main bedroom lead onto a good sized veranda overlooking the swimming pool. The apartment has a roof terrece. The second bedroom has a set of bunk beds and a put bup bed for the fifth person

The complex has no through traffic and is within walking distance to the shops, tavernas and banks. There is a very good Supermarket close to this complex. The Beach is also within walking distance as is the Old Town with its famous traditional Market.

The communal swimming pool which is larger than average can only be used by the residents, and sun beds and umbrellas are provided for your use free of charge. There are showers and washrooms for your use close to the poolside.

There is off the road parking if you wish to hire a vehicle during your stay.

This apartment is managed by a British team who will visit you during your stay and are also on a 24/7 call out.

The linen is changed weekly (All Linen is supplied) Beach towels can be supplied at a small charge

The apartment has full lift access.
