Rododafni Holiday Apartments consist four two bedroom apartments all en suite.
These holiday apartments are just a few meters away from the sea and surrounded by wonderfull, carefully maintained gardens.
The wonderful waters of the Mediterranean sea lay just a few steps from your holiday apartment, offering you the choice to swim in the clear waters or in the large communal swimming pool.
There is a small splash pool for children as well.
The apartments offer excellent sea views from the master bedroom. The complex also offers a reception service and has a large communal pool.
Standard features include private balconies to the sea, master room plus twin bedroom, sitting room, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen for self-catering accommodation, with fridge, cooker, oven and kitchen utensils.
Linen is also provided and changed every five days.
At your request we can provide you with a baby cot at no extra cost.
A welcome basket with milk, tea, sugar, coffee, juice, soft drinks, water etc is offered at your arrival.

Very well maintained garden and property

Buggie trip to Akamas peninsular and
mountains

The property owner rectified a couple of issues with the villa immediately and gave us a free day whilst we were waiting for a late flight on the last day. Very, very helpful.

As a company I would recommend to anyone, the prices are excellent, couldn't have got one any cheaper if I had tried, excellent communications with the company.
Once at the villa the owner made himself known, a very friendley and helpful man. The villa is in a lovely location with a short walk to the Tomb of The Kings road which leads to Paphos, took us 40 mins to walk to the main drag into Kato Paphos, found a lovely pub (Tramps) great food and service. If you had a car only takes 5 mins into town.
The villa is set in lovely surroundings and is very well looked after. I would happily use Cyprus Property villas again. It was very quiet but it was Christmas and New Year that we spent here, didn't dare go into the pool as it was a bit chilly, but my 2 teenage lads that live on the island decided to try it out on christmas day, they soon jumped out. It was warm enough one day for a swim in the sea, the villa has a lovely little bay that is great for swimming in.

No problem, it was perfect. Cyprus Property & Villas answered very quickly to all our questions and were very patient with all our problems to send you the payment !!!
The apartment was perfect. Exactly like we expected. The view on the sea was even nicer than on the picture on the website ! Andreas is very kind and friendly. The kids loved the beautiful garden and the green grass where they can play. And the sound of the sea is perfect to sleep !!!
We found the apartment and there were no big surprises or added extras.
Thanks for all. A friend of mine in France want to visit Cyprus with his family, I will send him the address oh the website.
