This second floor fully air-conditioned apartment in Paradise Gardens, which can sleep 6 adults is comprises of 1 double en-suite bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, second bathroom, lounge/dining room with a double sized sofa bed, fully fitted kitchen including a washing machine and a microwave.

On entering the apartment your are greeted with a fresh and airy, yet welcoming lounge/dining room. The lounge has two 3 seater sofas which surround a large coffee table, one extends out to a double sized sofa bed at night. A remote controlled air-conditioning/heating unit provides maximum comfort either during the hot days, or at night in front of the television. A CD player is also provided for your enjoyment. The lounge runs through to a large balcony which has a patio table and 6 chairs, of which 2 can recline, and directly overlooks the large swimming pool in the centre of the complex.

The dining area consists of a large round table and 6 chairs, ideal for enjoying a hearty meal or relaxing with a game of cards.

As you overlook the balcony you are face to face with the large swimming pool and smaller children's pool. These pools are cleaned regularly and due to the heat of the sun they are always warm. Showers and changing rooms are built in underground in which to freshen up after a lazy day in the sun.

Being the central focus for the complex it is the ideal place to sit back with a cocktail and watch the residents enjoy the sun or observe the magical Cypriot sunset!!

holiday testimonial How was the your property?
The property was amazing....it is very well furnished and decorated with a beautiful master bedroom(with en-suite). The kitchen has everything you could possibly need and more. There is a second room with two single beds in (perfect for children) and then you have two huge and comfy sofas in the living room where the three seater turns into a very comfortable bed! So, the place would easily sleep six!
The bed in the master room is extremely comfy but this meant that we didn't want to get up in the morning (or afternoon on some occasions!)
The veranda is very big and looks out over the gorgeous pool.

This was our honeymoon and we were made to feel very special on our arrival....the lady that looks after the property had covered it in candles, petals, roses and champagne so that when we arrived(at 11pm) the apartment looked gorgeous.....that really made a big difference.

Each room has very good aircon (which helps alot when it is 38 outside at 1am)
The harbour and main areas of Pafos are about 10 minutes walk.
You will not be dissapointed with this property..we highly recommend it.

Cyrus Property & Villas have been brilliant...they sorted our honeymoon out amazingly, had great communication with them and I would deffinitely go through them again. holiday testimonial

The villa we rented for the week was even nicer that I expected. Very well appointed and beautifully equipped and furnished to an extremely high standard. We were able to relax and enjoy the surroundings within moments of arrival, everything had been well thought out for the comfort of the guests.

We enjoyed a splendid week of total relaxation in a beautiful apartment in lovely well kept surroundings only 15 minutes walk from the busy centre of Kato Paphos which at the time of year was absolutely delightful.
